Never played in adventurers league but if that's how it really works I know to avoid them now! I think OP was maybe a little harsh, I'm usually willing to give second chances to any player who isn't outright abusive. But if I did let Rogue back I'd make it clear they'd had their one and only warning

Yeah I get that. It really does depend on how many bad experiences you had previously with people like that I guess
