I'm not even a guitar player but I bought one they had premade in stock just to have a little piece of history and to help Jason out. I'm a big fan of Jason's music. Not matter the genre, he just knows how to make music. Triumphant Hearts - respect.
This video was amazing. Just made me open up iTunes on my Mac and buy Jason's album, Perpetual Burn. I still kick myself for not taking lessons from Jason when he was giving lessons out of his home when he still lived with his parents in Richmond, Ca. back in 1987. Ugh...
it's "similar" to others but the music playing while watching this is the selling point i needed.... I NEED this, plus it helps Jason too, it's a win /win!
@@0000song0000 NO WAY!! they give 5% of the money to Jason, its almost annoying to know. At least they should donate him 50% of the earnings. They seem ungrateful for me.
Jason is the greatest inspiration in the music world. A truly amazing talent. I ordered mine tonight. Hats off to Kiesel Guitars for honoring this man and for giving back some of the proceeds. Can’t wait ! God bless.
Don't they give a percentage? If so you are still paying them for the guitar and you are helping Jason. Something else besides Swamp Ash would of been better.
I remember wanting this guitar when I was a kid in the late 80's after seeing it in Guitar Player. I could have swore in one of the photos it had a Tonka toy for the volume control.
I could watch that CNC all day long. I have to hand it to Carvin for machining the neck from one large block rather than thin stock and a glued scarf joint. Was cool to see how much was still being done by hand, like rough trimming of the body on the bandsaw, onion skin on the front of the headstock to be removed by hand router etc.
Personally I would never buy a signature model, but it's really great to watch the process in making this awesome guitar. The big colorful numbers are fantastic. Well done indeed.
+Slears Good question, but to keep the products affordable to international customers we are not going to. If we sold through a dealer, you the customer would pay a lot more for the products. Plus you get to deal with us directly now :) To order you can call in 858-GUITARS or email Sales@KieselGuitars.com
Oh wow. Does it have the standard $65,000 price tag? Just kidding. It's awesome. Hats off Becker, and hats off to you guy at Kiesel who remade this awesome piece of metal history.
I want one of those routing machines in my shed. I'd spend all the time collecting the computer programs for the guitar designs and having hours of fun making my own stuff. I wonder what the outlay is for a machine like that.
Thank you. The other vid with Danny playing has comments disabled, but was going to compliment his song and playing on the JB24. After 2 Gibsons I'm sure the old lady is going to kill me. But its for a good cause? I don't know how I'm going to sell this idea. I don't shred, never owned a Floyd, but I want one, for songs.
I thought the numbered fretboard was the cockiest thing I'd ever seen when I first saw it. Brilliant, fun, funniest thing I'd ever seen. I sure wish I could afford this guitar. Even if I'd never play it I'd love to have it!
I wish I still had my Carvin I got back in the late 90's. I should have never sold it. Stupid. Stupid. It was such an awesome guitar. The stats said it had 3 truss rods...the middle being the adjustable one. The neck never bent. Not even when left in the sunny room for days...or left in my cold truck. It was always in tune too. It was a magnificent guitar.
Here's the custom Peavey guitar that the Carvin Numbers guitar is based on. 4.bp.blogspot.com/-TFKLVVlDPRU/UcdtBadwHNI/AAAAAAABp7M/iMsNi9Pjcls/s1600/1011206_10151529917423568_884748923_n.jpg Seeing how different it is from a DC200 specs-wise, my guess it that this guitar was meant to play the Eddie Van Halen and Steve Vai songs in David Lee Roth's repertoire.

many people bought one for display only
i mean not this one
massive respect for that

David Bruce Enough said. Jason is a good man.
You don't have to kick yourself... I'll do it for you😁
@@germanhoffman3929 Judging by all the videos you’ve posted of you playing guitar, I wonder how true your statement could be. 🤔🥱
Three more weeks or so and I should have mine!!!Can't wait, can't quit watching this video!!!!
so... what happened?
I received it, its amazing!!!! well built, well setup! plays like a dream.
How much?
Enjoy !!
I got mine a couple months ago, I love it!
It's mind boggling to see just how much amazing craftsmanship goes into making one of these.
Any guitar tbh

@YJM Strat
👍🏻
So when did it arrive? What’s your thoughts? I’m hoping to order in a month.
I love my carvin guitar and the fact that they are doing this to help Jason Becker and his family makes me even more proud to own one!

it in Guitar Player. I could have swore in one of the photos it had a Tonka toy
for the volume control.
also had the tremolo with black&chrome saddles alternated, and it was a Peavey
I enjoy everything about this guitar. Especially playing it.
Awesome!! So happy Jason is getting the recognition he deserves. Watching this process is just so cool.
This is incredibly mesmerizing! I'd love to see more behind the scenes videos like this.
Cant stop listening to this song.
one of best guitarists..
thanks for tribute to Jason
that music really touching, full of emotion.why god,why...give jason becker one more chance.
Jason is in my top 5 shredders of all time, and I love this guitar. Carvin does him proud.
The song is just awesome! What a great composer Jason is! Hands down.
I just acquired my very own JB24 this week and I couldn't be happier! Amazing to see the construction of it here.
I’m a proud owner of the JB24! It’s an amazing piece! Build quality is stunning! ❤
Might get this with my Tax income oh yes lol
this was an honor to watch thank you for this video
Wow, even with the CNC work there is still so much hand work on the guitars. Awesome video. I like seeing how things are made.

so..when are you finally going to team up with Thomann and bring your Guitars to Europe?!?!?!?!?!?!

Thats song, i get the same chills i did when i was 13. What a guy that Jason Becker
Jason love you to the moon n back ..u are an inspiration to many ✨ I love tis track of his, phenomenal
That was just magic to watch ! especially with Altitudes playing.
I want one of those routing machines in my shed. I'd spend all the time collecting the computer programs for the guitar designs and having hours of fun making my own stuff. I wonder what the outlay is for a machine like that.
Just need Solidworks or Fusion 360. A CNC with that capability will run you around $15-$20k USD.
@@2WheelsGood.01 or trumpf trutops but it is in fact a licensed solidworks
I absolutely love this guitar! This is my dream guitar!
The most beautiful Guitar I had ever seen , " hats off"
All these guys and machines make it look easy, but it is a lot of hard work to spit out a top quality guitar like this as fast as they do.
hard to forget that famous Jason Becker guitar......cool thang.
thanks carvin / kiesel!
The Crayolacaster! lol. I actually like it a lot--colorful.

Beautiful guitar. The world needs more color!
As an Ibanez enthusiasts I can honestly say that this guitar looks god damn stunning and I would definitely pick one of these up.
One of my favourite models
Great video, and great work! Looking forward to ordering mine really soon!
wow amazing Jason
My favorite guitar!
That’s amazing thanks for view inside on abreast guitar🙂
plain and simple. I want one.
Awesome vid, you guys make it look so effortless.I know it must lots of hours to make.
Weird? I had decided a couple dayz ago that this was my favorite guitar, out of everythang, of all time. Then this video came up! 🤪👍
I got so into the music I starting headbanging and forgot to watch the video.
SRNF no you didn’t because you don’t headbang to this
Is this mine? Ordered it in February.
That was a joy to watch !!
COOL MAN, I Love To Watch A Guitar Being Born, Cousin Figel
I just wish you could still get them with Carvin on the headstock. It just seems fitting.
More build videos, please.
anyone else notice at the end he's trying to tune with the tuning machines even though the locking nuts are already on?
+Paolo Cannizzaro yah lol XD
Probably trying to see if the locking nut was actually bolted in? That part confused me heavily.
i think they edited the video wrongly. That tuning with the machines was before the locking scene.
Wow! Very cool.
Very cool. Despite so much of the process being automated still takes a lot of individual attention.
Best instrumental song in the whole universe!!!
That guitar reminds me of Sesame Street
Today's guitar was brought to you by the letters J and B
Lovely!
Great machine! I want me one like that!!!
+Edouard Gahini You can, it's called a cnc milling machine, unless you were talking about the guitar ;)
Espectacular guitarra para el gran jason beker y ahora para el gran Damian salazar 🎸👏👏👏👏
This is based on the Peavey guitar he played I believe.
I thought the numbered fretboard was the cockiest thing I'd ever seen when I first saw it. Brilliant, fun, funniest thing I'd ever seen. I sure wish I could afford this guitar. Even if I'd never play it I'd love to have it!
I really want this guitar
goosebump!
Pretty kool these guitar makers really care

Which Duncan pickups are used in this model? I'm guessing the bridge humbucker has to be the Perpetual Burn.
Yep and neck is a jazz sh 2n

Igualmente cara!!! Pena que sou canhoto :/ e não acredito que eles produzam para canhotos.
República Mitocrática Tem pra canhoto, sim. Na página da Carvin e no eBay. Por volta de 1.500 dólares.
delmazo One day! Um dia eu compro uma dessa rsrs Meu bolso não deixa. Só posso pagar 10-20% disso por agora. rsrs

Its a pretty tight guitar. Its somewhat better than your average ibanez rg model and its better than esp imo
I have one and it's fucking awesome! I have been playing for over 50 years and this my favorite guitar!
Best guitar ever. Les Paul can step back.❤️

Jeff Kiesel would be the guy to make that happen, he always has tricks up his sleeve...
Anright ill keep that in Mind thanks
Radon Smith He just made one so hopefully that's an option pretty soon for you!
Where did u See it? Do u Have a link for me or something? :)

Here's the custom Peavey guitar that the Carvin Numbers guitar is based on.

Seeing how different it is from a DC200 specs-wise, my guess it that this guitar was meant to play the Eddie Van Halen and Steve Vai songs in David Lee Roth's repertoire.
Why would they ruin it with pickup rings?
