Spot The Difference is so easy, though, as you just build the scene once, copy/paste it 2 more times, and then change 1 thing. Independently building it 3 times is much more work. That's not a lazy creator, it's an incompetent creator at best or a nefarious creator who intentionally made their level terrible at worst.

What I think the creator was trying for that first level, was for the classic "The one that has no difference is the difference" The issue being, you need at least 4 choices for that to work well. The more choices you have for an option like that, the better.
Well hopefully they rate level difficulty based only on peoples deaths before their first success and additional WR attempts and such don't affect the clear rate. That and letting people look through the levels freely and easily would prevent hidden shenanigans. It would then be completely in the player's hands if they wanted to face the level head on or decide the 10th pick a dick in a row doesn't deserve their time. At least we have level viewers atm but that might be the reason lots of hidden nonsense is now all over expert idk
The first level's finale comes to show that one room has no specialty, therefore it is the odd one. For example, if there is a red square, green square, and a red triangle, the odd one has to be the red square. This is because both green square and red triangle has no resemblance, while red square resembles one pattern on both shapes So about the room, from left to right, room 2 is the same as room 1, but no background; meanwhile room 3 is the same as room 1 but shoots out dry bones; room 2 and 3 does not have those resemblance room 1 has; therefore room 1 is the odd one. Sorry for the long explanation, wonder if the creator really thought of that

There are actually two differences in the second spot the difference in that first level. The background semi solid platform stops at the floor, while the others go past. This results in a black line on the pixel above the solid floor blocks. They also did this for the reveal.

For the final or second last room for pick the difference, we are aware that the third choice is different because it spits out the dry bone fish However the second choice has also has a difference, due to the lack of background. The first choice is the right answer because it lacks any unique differences unlike the 2nd and 3rd choice, thus it makes it inherently different from the rest.
I recall in old flobbies videos, them calling them “blowy joey”s, which turned into “blowseph joseph”, then just “blowseph”. I think playstation wizard is because what they shoot looks like the buttons on a PS controller.
