This is awesome!! Thank you so much. Originally, when we set up square incorrectly so I will most likely choose the “overwrite existing data” but also keep the tokens. Will this still give me historical selling data for the items that I will be overwriting? Or, will this data be gone? Trying to figure out the best way to do a mass update with adding variations so that my selling history will remain the same for each item.

@AssuredBookkeeping I believe the reports will keep the historical data if you overwrite, but they won't reflect any changes you made to the items (names, etc). I believe the best option in your case would be to make modifications, you can insert rows below the items you're adding variations for so that it makes sense in your head instead of adding them at the bottom.
