Ingredients:
1 pound cherry tomatoes
7 oz feta cheese (block)
Olive oil
Salt
Black Pepper
Fresh basil
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
7-8 oz Pasta
Instructions:
1- Preheat oven to 400°F. In an oven safe baking dish place cherry tomatoes and pour olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Combine well.
2- Place the feta block in the middle of the baking dish, and flip a couple times to coat it with the olive oil and season with black pepper.
3-Baked 40-45 minutes or until the cherry tomatoes burst, and the feta cheese melts.
4-Add the garlic and basil leaves to the cooked tomatoes and feta cheese and toss everything to combine.
5- Transfer the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine.
