"Get Off Of My Cloud" by The Rolling Stones
    Producer: Andrew Loog Oldham
Composers: Mick Jagger and Keith Richards
Lyricists: Mick Jagger and Keith Richards
Associated Performers: Mick Jagger, Brian Jones, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, Bill Wyman, and Ian Stewart
    Lyrics:
I live in an apartment on the ninety-ninth floor of my block
And I sit at home looking out the window, imagining the world has stopped
Then in flies a guy who’s all dressed up just like a Union Jack
And says I’ve won five pounds if I have his kind of detergent pack
    I says
    Hey! You!
    Get off of my cloud
    Hey! You!
    Get off of my cloud
    Hey! You!
    Get off of my cloud
Don’t hang around ‘cause two’s a crowd on my cloud, baby
The telephone is ringing, I say, “Hi, it’s me. Who is it there on the line?”
A voice says, “Hi, hello, how are you?” Well, I guess I’m doing fine
He says, “It’s three a.m., there’s too much noise. Don’t you people ever wanna go to bed?
Just ‘cause you feel so good, do you have to drive me out of my head?”
    I says
    Hey! You!
    Get off of my cloud
    Hey! You!
    Get off of my cloud
    Hey! You!
    Get off of my cloud
Don’t hang around ‘cause two’s a crowd on my cloud, baby
I was sick and tired, fed up with this, and decided to take a drive downtown
It was so very quiet and peaceful, there was nobody, not a soul around
I laid myself out, I was so tired and I started to dream
In the morning the parking tickets were just like flags stuck on my windscreen
    I says
    Hey! You!
    Get off of my cloud
    Hey! You!
    Get off of my cloud
    Hey! You!
    Get off of my cloud
Don’t hang around ‘cause two’s a crowd on my cloud

Bob Stones liked Buffalo, NY played hear 6 times. 1969, 1972, 1975, 1978, 1981, 2015. Buffalo had a great music scene in 70s. 10 years of concerts 4 every summer at Bills Stadium. They even got Lynyrd Skynrd to Buffalo. It was cool most bands opened saying ( HELLO BUFFALO ) 1 problem Security was bad. The Producers did get a lot of Big Bands, Led Zeppelin, Alice Cooper, Doobie Brothers, Journey, The Who, Allman Brothers, Greatfull Dead, Fleetwood Mac, Rush, Buffalo people liked there Music soldout most Concerts. Yes that Buffalo called ( SNOW CAPITAL OF USA ). True Lake Erie dumps 10-12 feet every winter. Us Buffaloians are baffeled why we get the most snow of all other Citys near 5 Great Lakes. Charlie plays a lot of cool ghost notes on the snare in this one. Everyone loves the recurring drum riff he plays in this one, but there’s a lot more than that going on. On the choruses he plays the same beat he used in Satisfaction... hitting the snare, hi hat, and kick drum all at the same time time on the beat. It really drives the song forwards. He uses that same technique in Let’s Spend The Night Together to good effect.
Charlie was a one off. Nobody else plays like him.

This song really cemented the fame of the early Stones. They needed one like this after ‘Satisfaction’. Listen closely to Mick, laying down early on the scream/sing/howl to which there is no parallel, yet even to this day! ‘In the MORNIN’ the PARKIN’ tickets were just like flags’…genius.

Nearly 54 years on and still going strong, with its overall appeal only slightly diminished, this song sounds as fresh, original, exciting and as relevant as it ever did, this amazing testament to the unmatched musical experimentation, instrumental brilliance, seamless band chemistry, inspirational fearlessness and utter ingenuity of The Stones, who were at the very cutting edge of the cutting edge of that whole mid 1960's musical revolution, beautifully pioneering and transcendent as it all was, featuring this VIRTUALLY UNPRECEDENTED QUANTUM LEAP in the general sound, style, musical texture, complexity and instrumental coordination of all new, emerging songs as that seminal and pivotal era did (the middle to late 1960's).
Timeless perfection indeed, while that smoothly and soothingly rhythmic centrifugal motion that this catchy and sweetly uplifting tune generates, ceaselessly upon every listening, remains undiminished, incredibly enough, as I can feel it all pulsing and gyrating within me, and with this mesmerizing effect👍👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧!

get off of my lawn, lol, it belongs to the city, yes, city controls it, I seen a vedio on youtube about a thtree million dollar home, he or they built on a false set back, you can see it is building with intimidation, what they did was trake a plan and destroy what was left behind by the ones who fought and died for our land! what they did was cause a shadow on the neighbour, never mind destroying the plan? when rain water goes to a level it may mean that it is supposed to fliltter into the ground, everyone now wishess to build. and are gonna huirt ius in the future, I feel that way, now they are fencing in thier castles, huh city property for a reason, >3

Looks like its a common thing that happens with rockstars. When they start feeling like they want to distance themselves from their fans, only they express that feeling in different ways. Roger Waters expresses it with The Wall, Richards and Jagger express it with this song
