My husband wasn't also aware till I told him why I take rests, feel weak, don't feel like traveling or don't worship or why my stomach & body is paining. I made him understand all and now he is very understandable and caring. Bring hot bag , medicine, glocone d , chocolate, foot & back massage to make me feel better during those days.
One information missed: If period doesn't come till late 16 we should check with the gynaecologist. Meri ek school friend ne mujhe suggest Kiya thaa when I didn't get till I was in class 9, then later got naturally.
