Lol what? His character arc in this was "I pushed the button that says save the world." That's it. He did what literally anyone else would do. He sacrificed nothing and didn't grow. And speaking of, why didn't he do this at any other point in the film and save more people? Or just disintegrate Steppenwolf? He has ultimate power and he can use it at a whim, but this is the only time he does it? Despite the fact we see there's no drawbacks to travelling faster than light twice in this film? This film is garbage. So is Whedon's, but at least he tried to fix the mistakes that Snyder made, and he did it under a huge time crunch. Snyder has no excuse.
@@andreichira7518 We didn't see that there's no drawbacks to time travel, we just weren't shown what they are either. It's been established in this movie that there are major consequences to time travel, we just haven't seen them yet. If you want to say the consequences are too easy to not care about since they're not actually shown in the movie, sure, but that's a separate complaint. Oh, and the reason this is supposed to be an arc for Barry is that his whole life he's done effectively nothing of consequence. This and reviving superman are two of the first actions of extremely major consequence that he's ever done. The movie actually does a decent job at drawing your attention to the connection between the two events; there are a ton of similarities between the two. Not saying I like his arc in this movie because I really don't, but it's not nearly as hollow as you're claiming. @@platinumcomplex1335 Well seeing as he reverses time and travels faster than light to revive Superman, and nothing of consequence happens because of it re: time travel, the movie has effectively shown me there are none. Coming back to this scene… man the first time I watched this I was literally in tears of how euphoric it was… finally seeing flash on the big screen as not just any kind of comedic relief to calm down a scene. Flash can literally be considered a god in his own right if he wanted to.
This scene ranks up with Cap witnessing the portals and assembling scene in Endgame. Where one took years and 22 movies to pay off, this scene took years of petitions and fighting to get Snyders vision shown. This scene is, in my opinion, one of the two best scenes in a comic book movie, of all time, and I dont know I could pick one over the other.
Simply phenomenal! Absolutely flawless in storytelling, character development, action, and sheer suspense. And all of this in a single film, where two characters who were completely butchered by Whedon, but with Snyder, got to have their moments to shine in glorious fashion. And there is no way anyone is going to convince me Barry reversing time is a bad scene, because they are either crazy or blind. And then to see Victor overcome The Unity’s influence through sheer determination and friendship, but also in his ability to just accept himself and his situation, I don’t think I’ve ever had more goosebumps in a single film.
Is it really though? Plus, it’s not like Ezra as Flash is the greatest castings of all time. If anything, it’s absolutely garbage in terms of acting as the Flash. Constantly pausing at every sentence and quirking jokes all the time.

Honestly if the writing for this universe was just a bit more thought out and revised, these would be the best superhero movies ever. I mean, they take themselves seriously, have insane fight choreography and visuals, and they have the backing of such immense characters like Batman and Superman. It's just that some characters, some moments, some arcs, aren't fully thought out writing wise, and the world was rushed. If they had a bit more time, some revisions and additional drafts, they would be utter perfection. I totally agree henry is the best superman ever but my superman will always be Christopher R
@@anoldgeezer1 Christoler R. famous by Superman. Superman famous by Henry Cavill.
The one thing that stood out to me about Flash’s ability was 1:30 through 1:51
You see Flash running so fast while rewinding time that when he step’s on the ground you can’t tell if he’s either stepping on the reconstructed ground or stepping on space it’s heavily implying he’s even faster than the ability to rewind
He's moving so fast that when he steps forward he is literally bringing everything back with each step it's insane to think about
Flash is the most powerful DC superhero. Period. Because his power is literally unlimited. Regardless of how fast something is, he can be even faster. He ran outrun reality itself, time, death, etc. Build up enough energy to obliterate anything. He keeps himself in check, because he doesn't wanna wreck the planet or even the universe. But he knows he can do it.
the cyborg scene was awesome. i was so confused and lost and then cyborg pulled apart the mother boxes and i realize we were experiencing the witchcraft in the motherboxes
as much as people hate ezras flash, this scene is an absolute masterpiece
I don’t think they hate his Flash as much as they hate him as a person
I don't think I had ever cried about something so beautiful before until I saw that scene for the first time.
That cyborg scene is so excellent because we're all fighting demons in one way or another but the best way to get rid of them is not to fight them but to just remember
"Im not broken...and im not alone"
Zach Snyder needs to continue making justice league movies.
Barry ran so fast he arrived before he left.
At 0:45 Lol I always take a deep breath in along with Barry before he takes off, whether I’m watching this scene or listening to “At the Speed of Force.” 🏃♀️⚡️😮💨
I had the honor of watching in my parents’ media room with a theater style screen and surround sound. This scene is awesome in that environment.
I will miss this Universe 😔
The Flash runs like he doesnt know how to run. He just flails.
Zack snyder one of the most underrated and talented original director He should be up there with nolan
Coming back to this scene… man the first time I watched this I was literally in tears of how euphoric it was… finally seeing flash on the big screen as not just any kind of comedic relief to calm down a scene. Flash can literally be considered a god in his own right if he wanted to.
The Flash (movie) doesn't make sense when this Barry KNEW how to reverse time already XD
He didn't know he could go so far back tho
Say what you want about Ezra Miller
But dude is a good actor
maybe he deserved asecond chance
@@ahmedosama3528 maybe after therapy
If he doesn't go to jail
I honestly liked him a lot as the character
Depends on the director. In this he was phenomenal but in The Flash, he was kinda meh.
@@MistaJ28 he was still great
This scene ranks up with Cap witnessing the portals and assembling scene in Endgame.
Where one took years and 22 movies to pay off, this scene took years of petitions and fighting to get Snyders vision shown.
This scene is, in my opinion, one of the two best scenes in a comic book movie, of all time, and I dont know I could pick one over the other.
This movie would have easily been one of the highest grossing movies ever.
1:53 Imo, the best shot of the film, tied with the shot of the first flight of Superman with the black suit. Incredibly well done shots.
Every second of this is pure perfection.
This scene >>>>>>>>>>The entire flash movie😂😂😂
Easily the best scenes ever in a movie....just turn up the volume and instant goosebumps
Hard to believe that next year will make it 4 years since this version of the film, time gone too quick
The soundtrack is so amazing. Brilliant work.
He really saved the multiverse here if you think about it...
Imagine having this scene filmed and just being like “nah, save one family instead.”
Even the ground beneath his feet is having a tough ass time keeping up😳
The idea this was cut in the original is preposterous.
Is it really though? Plus, it’s not like Ezra as Flash is the greatest castings of all time. If anything, it’s absolutely garbage in terms of acting as the Flash. Constantly pausing at every sentence and quirking jokes all the time.
@@luisquintero7359Who cares about Ezra’s Flash? You really think a pointless scene of him pushing a pick up truck somehow outdoes this one?
This movie is a work of art masterpiece
Even though that’s not saying much, considering Ezra is still the Flash in this scene despite the crimes they did back in 2022. Is anyone really gonna be praising Ezra’s Flash?
@@luisquintero7359Twitter ass logic lol. What does actor real life has to do with the movie? Especially when this was shot like 6 years before his "crimes". Btw all that shit was proven to be false.
Whoever thought this should’ve been cut needs to be out of the entertainment business. I’m not even a big Snyder fan but this is easily his best film
He brought Superman back to life 2 times in 24 hrs.
Imagine if the flash actor was a normal chill dude instead of a crazy guy lol
He blew his chances to be something greater than himself
Most epic scene of the movie!
When you think about it they brought superman back to life twice in this movie
Also got revived in Bvs as well
One of if not the best moment in cinema history! Had me in tears! And still does everytime I watch this scene!
Too bad Ezra had to go bat shit crazy and destroyed their career.
FLASH AND CYBORG WERE THE MVPS OF THE MOVIE
The best scene ever from a comic book movie!!!
The best soundtrack and best scene of all scenes… period!
Zack Snyder’s Justice League was a awesome DCEU film in 2021 💯
Flash has that quality you need in a team, no quit
As a marvel fan i will rate this scene more than the recent MCU. Me n my homies all teared up watching this.
This has me convinced that The Flash is the most powerful hero in the DCEU.
No one knows what happened except The Flash
What is he doing… and what is happening??
Thank you Zack Snyder and Junkie XL 😭
Two Goats
When you realize the mother boxes literally blew up huge chunks of earth that you can see stars and galaxies. Plus, the whole JL died.
This movie in the superhero genre is, as Barry says.. one of the best, of the best.
The tears of hopes and joy rolled down my eyes when I first watched this movie in my television. Now want to see it on big screen.
Man! You'll cry at the end of the flash movie
Hopefully James Gunn's DCU can correct those problems while also living up to the fights and visuals of Synder's. If that happens we're gonna be eating good.
It's impossible to create better than Zack Snyder's......
