Thanks for ur update, im around 7 weeks of endoscopic discectomy. My herniatuon was centeal so all my nerve pain was in the centre of lower back and no scatica. That sharp nerve pain fading like ur experience, but as per my surgron it will take around 12 weeks for the annualr tear to heal so untill then the lower back stiffness and discomfort would be normal, muscle relaxant has been helpful as well as ergonomic chair (in fact i can't otherwise sit on normal chair or sofa). I do alot of spritial reading and medication to help with the post op depression as this was my secoend injury this year ( massive hip surgery in the begining of year all from gym workout) best of luck!
Hey, hope you're doing well, I had a similar experience after my microdiscectomy, 3 weeks post op I had extended my back in a wrong way and things went bad from there...if I could get in contact with you somehow, I would like to speak about a few things in this regard. God bless.
