Quickly Transfer Videos and Photos From Your DJI Drone Direct to Your iPhone or iPad

- We all know how flakey the DJI Quick Connect feature is, did you know you can just bypass it by using the native features of IOS. Its quicker, it works every time, its just a lot easier to do than use the DJI Fly App. Leave that for what it does best - flying the drone
You don't even need to take the SDCard out of the Drone.
In this video I show a DJI Mini 4 Pro SDCard contents being saved direct to an iPhone 15 Pro Max over USB-C.
This will work with older iPhones if you use a Apple Lightning to USB-C cable, in exactly the same way.
This will work with any DJI Drone that has a native USB port , such as :-
DJI Mini 3
DJI Mini 3 Pro
DJI Mini 4 Pro
DJI Air 2S
DJI Air 3
DJI Mavic 3
DJI Mavic 3 Classic
DJI Mavic 3 Pro
That was one of clearest and easy to follow videos I've seen - nice graphics and voiceover. If you produce lots of videos of this clarity, usefulness and production value - you'll get plenty of views and subscribers. Pro tip - lol - for the YT algorithm - make sure you repeat somewhere, all the pertinent words that are in your title, into the description.
PS I'd love to know how you did the green pointing lines.

How do I view the photos and videos that have that white page emblem instead of the photo preview? The 3 pictures you didn’t click on had that same emblem, where the photo preview should’ve been.. when I try and open them or view them it doesn’t show the photo or allow me to save to photo album…

Works ONLY with USB-C iPhones - eg 15 and newer.

Hello. I use your method on the DJI mini pro 4+ along with my iPhone 15 Pro Max and it worked exactly like you said it would. The only thing I discovered that you didn’t mention. It takes some time to download multiple files to download at the same time. Thank you very much for solving a complicated problem by using a simple method. I appreciate it. Also. I have the 12.9 iPad Pro with the one terabyte hard drive. I bought it so that I could download files from the memory card out in the field and not have to wait to get back home to do the editing and all that I could do it right from the spot. Now I can’t thanks to you.
Once i connect the lighting cord its charge my mobile but not showing sd card in my iphone
Yes 👍. That all I have . Just Charging my phone .. can’t see anything to see my SD card .. iOS file app- browse - location.. no SD card on there ..😢
I think it only works with the IPhone15 which has a mini usb port not a lightening adapter

Just seen this .. have a USB -C / lighting cable and mini 4 pro drone .. connected.. but nothing show on my files app , browse location..nothing show on there. ???? I have iPhone 13 max.
Mine popped up in an “untitled” name photos and videos with that. You can rename it to “SD Card” to make it easier to find in the future.
Want to download from Mini 4 to ipad, sorry your video was no use bugger it
