@@Greengem-rd2mk no it is not, shiny fordrake is not an overworld encounter + it cannot be activated by an incense

So all you need to do is go in the easter place and then activate cutseen to find easter tanorians in the wild right? And also, do you NEED inscence or does it just help?

Yeah you are correct in what you need to do to activate it, you don't NEED the incense but I highly reccommend it as its much easier with it than without

In a chain max shiny odds at 400 so no need to go 401+ just encounter and run if not shiny
