Matej Hanušovský No hes right there are some precision jumps and some cat precisions in this video.. But more Free Running than Parkour.. And no Parkour and Free Running is not the same word. Parkour means efficient movement (to get as fast as possible from point A to B) and Free Running describes the art and style of movement which combines parkour movement with styles from breakdance tricking etc!

Bruh, some tips.
Usualy if you got a compilation of one person you make that clear in the title. In this way the person watching this video knows what to expect.
In my opninion what you did with the editing of the begining of the video was really annoying. If you show the same trick over and over again, it gets pretty boring. Playing with light isn't needed.
Keep in mind less is more. And show a variety of tricks is the best. Keep up the work.

my body hurts becuase of parkour what should i do (i didnt warmed when it happend) so should i wait until my body recover then start again and warm? or it doesnt matter? should i stop practicing?

Stop training give your body a break and than every training half an hour warm up!
i've gived my body like a week or so break and it still hurts does it matter if i go to school or not? becuase in school maybe i use him aswell? i meant not in games (i dont play football or something) just in general
