Thank you strymon. Im a guitar acoustic player hope i will have a pedal like this someday. More power all of you and to all of us. Keepsafe and godbless us all
Im running a DIG in my acoustic set up: Carvin AC-275 acoustic /electric guitar - Peterson Strobe Tuner - Strymon DIG - Mesa Boogie Rosette acoustic amp. Sounds glorious and so easy to dial in. I get positive comments every gig on my tone (not so much my playing, haha). Expensive stuff but well worth every penny/
It sounds beautiful with acoustic guitar - thanks for the review, exactly what I was looking for. I use a Brigadier with my electric rig and want the DIG for my acoustic-electric set up. :)
Bonjour de France. Tres bonne video.
The Hi/Lo cuts on DIG are variable. The more away from the noon position the setting is, the more it will apply to the delay repeats every cycle. Hope this helps!
@@strymon Thank you. After a closer look at the manual I see my answer was right there. I've been very happy with this DIG since I got it. I had high hopes for it but it's better than I expected. I LOVE the way you guys lay out the controls with no need to dive into a computer or mobile device to do anything. Brilliant. Keep it up. DIG is my first Strymon pedal, but now I'm looking at the rest of what you've got. Great stuff.
help me please ?! can't decide it.. got cube street amp + Boss rc30 + ( .... ) Decide it for me please : Strymon Bluesky Reverberator or Strymon DIG Dual Delay ??? mostly do solo acoustic !??..
+Javier Mahsa It is so hard to decide especially if we are not familiar with your playing style. I'd say blueSky if you are playing mostly traditional type playing and DIG if you like to experiment with rhythms and echoes/chorus.
Hey, ! I just purchased the DIG and I have a question : what do you mean by "Filter 9:00" ? Is it the "High cut', 'Flat' or 'Low Cut' filter mod ? Thanks ! :)
The secondary function of the MIX knob controls a FILTER parameter. At the 9 o'clock position, this sets it to "High Cut." To access secondary parameters, turn the knob while holding down both footswitches. - Thanks, Matt
Hi Japheth, A lot of factors play into that decision. I'd suggest contacting our support team if you'd like a rundown on our delay and reverbs at support@strymon.net, but you also might want to head over to Reddit "guitarpedals" group to get ideas on all pedals available :) Thanks!
I'm thinking, I would like to get a beautiful sounding Martin or Gibson to play at home but to also get an amp and a pedal like this to put across the room set very low in volume for extra ambience or shimmer or what have you. The best of both worlds if you ask me, intimacy plus space shimmer and modulation...
It really depends on the setting you are looking for. TimeLine only offers the 24/96 delay type of the DIG with its own DUAL delay algorithm. Also, the golden ratio is not available on TimeLine.
Hi :) We are waiting on the safety certification which timing is unknown. We are trying for end of September, but might be a little bit into October. We will have an update closer to the end of September. Thanks!
They can be if you manually dial in these settings to the pedal and save them as your Favorite preset by pressing and holding down the BYPASS footswitch for a few seconds. You can recall a Favorite preset by using an external MiniSwitch connected to the EXP input of the pedal.
Take my money too, the only demo I come back to over and over. Seems sweetwater music in is the only one who sell this. Have to wait , paying off a guitar.
Hi William, Thank you! Sweetwater will definitely have DIG, you can also check out our dealers at strymon.net/dealers and we also sell direct through our website strymon.net/store. Thanks!
Yes, but you must be mindful of what type of signal you are sending to a mixer. An acoustic going through DIG into a mixer will sound great with a full range/flat response speakers. However, an electric guitar through the DIG into a mixer with full range/flat response speakers will not sound like a guitar playing through an amp. You would need a speaker/amp simulation before the mixer to get a decent electric guitar sound. Otherwise, all other instruments would work just fine direct.
The "Alaska" clip at 1:49 is incredibly beautiful... so lush. Love the golden ratio setting!
Alaska is my fav sound. I want this to play when covid is gone and standing on the edge of the earth with an open arms. So powerful.
That sounds wonderful. Please record this when you do so we can all enjoy it!
Thank you strymon. Im a guitar acoustic player hope i will have a pedal like this someday. More power all of you and to all of us. Keepsafe and godbless us all
The fact you can get these beautiful washes of sound out of 1 single pedal is amazing.
Thank you!
Just ordered mine, yesterday ❤️ Can't wait to have it in my hands ❤️
I think I have come here to listen to this video over 100 times, so relaxing.
My word. That is the pinnacle of times

One of my favourite pedals! The chordprogression on the setting called "Alaska", is simply stunning. SO Inspiring. Thank you! :)

Take my money and shut up! 😂
ok - I just bought three Strymon pedals last month, then I saw this video. Why do I think number four is right around the corner?
Mistake. Just re-counted. The DIG I just ordered today makes five...
:D Can't forget DIG!!
I see various filter knob location settings. I thought the hi-cut, low-cut and, and flat were fixed settings. Are the hi and low cut filters variable?

Amazing Sound. Can you Tell me which AMP you used for that video?
Hi Patrick, No amp was used in these recordings. Just guitar > DIG > audio interface. Thanks! :)
I would love to use that" Scorpian" sound on "Desert Song" by MSG.

Damn I would like to have both item if i have a money :(
hahaha lol
Already got the Bluesky ! fucking awesome
Im inlove with my DIG. ❤

Thanks :)

Hi Blitz, I hadn't seen this comment before! Sorry I'm late responding. Sending this over to support so they can jump in and answer next week. Thanks!
Thanks a lot ! Waiting for the support answer then : )

what are the best pedals for beginner? . I have decided to buy reverb and delay.

Hi i'm brazilliam
What are the chords in "Alaska"?
Srry for bad english.
Unfortunately we don't keep notes of the chords played. Going to see if Ethan was using alternate tuning for that track. Will let you know :) Thanks!
Hi, Just wanted to follow up that Ethan was using DADGAD tuning. Hope this helps you :)
strymon oh thank you.
hillside and alaska are my favorites.
My dream is get a dig pedal..
Is this pedal have the Infinity Effect?
On the DIG, we have Circular Repeats which loops the repeats in the delay line forever as long as you hold down the TAP footswitch.
Can I get a setting like this with my Timeline??
It really depends on the setting you are looking for. TimeLine only offers the 24/96 delay type of the DIG with its own DUAL delay algorithm. Also, the golden ratio is not available on TimeLine.
Heisenburg is a guitarist now? 😂
He's an artist at first lol
What are the three lines plugged into?
The right one is going out from the guitars into the DIG, the center and left ones are going out to our recording interface. :)
A little bit of Waiting by Porcupine Tree at 02:57
what pre-amp are you using for this
For this video, the signal chain is acoustic guitar => DIG INPUT; DIG LEFT and RIGHT OUTPUTS => audio interface stereo inputs for recording.
@@strymon thank you!
Acoustic contemporary worship leaders are going crazy right now.
Literally just bought this... off reverb saved 80 dollars. Can’t wait to use it in that setting
The only thing that could possible make this pedal the best is if it had presets!
When is the Zuma coming out?!?
Hi :) We are waiting on the safety certification which timing is unknown. We are trying for end of September, but might be a little bit into October. We will have an update closer to the end of September. Thanks!
how much is this?
Hi, DIG is $299US. Thanks :)

Can direct output to mixer ?

How about from Acoustic guitar to DI Box to DIG strymon to mixer, is that will work?
Yes, that connection setup will work fine with the DIG.
Is there reverb added?
Why did i sell my DIG. 😢
