Nice set up … I think the 18 EV Subs are great…. I try to blend the Bass guitar in the mains to make it stand out
I do run the bass guitar and kick through the mains. Gotta have that. I think my issue has been more so of not running cardioid mode
I’m really interested in figuring out the main speaker stand/ truss setup you have. I’m wondering how I can make mine similar, but much higher. Like 16’ trim height.
They’re light crank stands, small 5 feet truss section, a 1.5 ton hoist, and spanset slings to connect the hoist to the truss.
Would you say the cdl 12 is a great investment even though they clip easy ?
Yea they definitely are. Still getting good SPL , coverage, and quality.
Why the drum not running through your system?
Just the cymbals and snare for the most part. They were very loud already

Do you pass your kick to the tops for the click end?
The kick drum runs through the main speakers and subs.
