What are you confused about? One of the characters in Fate has a Noble Phantasm that resembles a Giga Drill Break. Whether this resemblance is a reference, a homage, or just coincidence is debatable, but the similarity is there so someone edited it to make it into a full blown Gurren Lagann reference
