California Good Stuff great board control, comfy to wear. Not too good for bigger drops. Stay away from the canvas ones for skating, they wear out ridiculously fast. But even the suede don't have the greatest longevity. My favourite shoe to skate in at the moment. I just wish they'd last a bit longer.
How about the old Etnies Marana. it's affordable these days and it's rumored to be super durable. I like durable because I'm cheap, and shoes ain't made the same like in the early 2000's

I sized up half from 11 to 11.5 and fits like a glove, feels sturdy and probably my favourite shoe by DC so far. Haven't actually skated it yet tho

I got the Evan Smith DC for 29$ on Amazon and they are 65$ and they are the best shoes I've ever skated, you can find some crazy deals on Amazon.
