I am terribly confused concerning the lack of humor (excluding you, Johann2). You guys are friends irl or do some people truly find no offense in writing flat jokes towards random people?
I will say one thing - those rambly videos of yours are perfect for a lazy day in work. It's a life saver As sleeping I have similiar issues. My perfect is 10hours of sleep - otherwise I'm just tired
6:55 watch the breezes around your house, and make sure your bed is perpendicular to the most frequent wind. having the wind towards you can cause you to not fully ventilate CO2 while you sleep. the ideal setup would be to always sleep down wind, but that might suck all the fresh air out. try sleeping with a crossed wind... your lungs and heart will do the rest.
One possible explanation for the sleep trouble - when do you last eat before you go to sleep? Encumbering your digestive tract with late food can interfere with sleep patterns. Also - blue light from electronic devices can wreak havoc on your melatonin system. Avoiding monitors two hours before bed time or getting special filtration glasses is recommended.
@@Morrison64 good call. I clicked on it because I was looking for an average review. What I got was pure stupidity. "The gladius was used by the gladiators". Yeah, no fucking shit. Maybe it was used by, oh I dunno, THE ROMANS?
Skall, get your thyroid checked out. Family member had pretty much the same symptoms, (also had trouble shedding weight), turns out she had hypothyroidism. 1 pill a day and she's a completely different person now, much more energy. Keep well, how else will you pillage the Internet?
Probably you should then. Ask your local doctor if he considers it necessary. But I personally would recommend checking cortisol. Prolonged high levels of this hormon may be connected to sleep disorders. By the way, you might probably consider going to an endocrinologist and a neurologist. They could tell you more about your health and prescribe some treatment if it's necessary.
Have you tried a biphasic sleep pattern? It can take a week or two for your brain to get used to it, but I feel much more awake with two sleep periods (one at night, a shorter one after work) totalling 6 hours or less than I ever felt with one sleep period of around 8 hours. If your problem is that your body uses the allotted sleep time inefficiently, bi- or polyphasic sleep can help fix this. No guarantees, though. Every head is slightly different. ^^
TheHortoman Yeah, siesta would be an example of a biphasic sleep schedule. In extreme cases you can switch to a polyphasic sleep cycle of something like half an hour of sleep every six hours, but this is rarely compatible with a typical work schedule and missing one nap really is a bitch, so you have to plan your spare time around that, too. But biphasic is often doable without much of a hassle and it counteracts stuff like stress and sleep problems in quite some cases. :)
Another great video skall keep up the work also I don't think you look tired. Something else I wanted to mention you might have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) my brother has it and it means he needs at least 10 hours of sleep to not be tired and if we go fishing or do any activity like that he might need up to 16 hours of sleep. You should maybe look into this.
You might try mapping out sleep cycles for yourself. I used to have issues like that and I've found getting a sense of how long it takes you to fall asleep and trying to plan out how many hour and a half cycles you can fit in. If you wake up from the middle of REM sleep, it takes more to get moving because your body is reassigning tasks from full repair to getting everything ready for movement, whereas at the end of the cycle your body is more in a sort of standby mode, where you can wake up or get ready to go into the next cycle. Hope this helps.
Something to try for your quality of sleep. Some tests have been done that show our artificially lit tv and computer screens disturb the chemical production in our brains for sleep. On the nights where I cut out tv and computer time off 1-3 hours before I go to bed, I notice I wake up feeling a lot more well rested than when I go right to bed after playing on the computer or watching tv.
There is also software which changes color temperature of screens to warmer (its called f.lux, maybe there are other programs) - it's great, less tired eyes and easier to fall asleep without having to cut your computer time .
Maybe get a new mattress or Pillow. That worked wonders for me. I sleep on my stomach and my sleep quality improved extremely when I got a special Pillow for stomach sleepers. Also a softer mattress helped me a lot.
Kansas (a midwestern state directly south of the best state in the Union) was predominantly settled by people of English and German heritage. Where as Arkansas had a lot of French and Spanish influence. This probably accounts for the inconsistent pronunciations in 'Murica.
Skall... about sleeping issues: Have you tried blocking blue light? Have you tried these schedules The Biphasic Schedule: Two three-to-four-hour sleeps with an hour of awake time in the middle. The Dymaxion Sleep Schedule: 30-minute “naps” every 6 hours. The Uberman Schedule: Six 30-minute naps per day. The Everyman Schedule: A daily three-hour sleep plus three 20-minute naps.
Lolz I have to agree with you on the pronunciation of American cities/towns/road/etc!!! I've only lived in Utah, Idaho, and now Washington state, but the Native American names used in those states are prolific, and I still have a hard time pronouncing them all!!! Here's a couple of fun ones for ya from my current state of WA: Puyallup, Sequim, Washougal... Pretty crazy!! I really dig that Cudgel!! Those are old school clobberers, and quite lovely!!! As far as the sleep thing goes, I gotta chime in on it, as I've got nightmares, probably have sleep apnea, etc., and I've tried loads of things, but what worked best for me are Shikibutons, which are Japanese Futon mattresses, which are absolutely stellar beds, not too firm, not too soft, and they really keep the spine in alignment. Also, the Japanese pillows are so effective at what they do that spas around the world have adopted them for their efficacy... It's hulled buckwheat, to which you add herbs in order to achieve the desired effect, such as eucalyptus for keeping the sinuses clear, which helps with proper breathing for issues like apnea, and you can also put things like rose petals in, lavendar, etc. which help put your mind and body into a restful state, which is amazing... Not to mention that they are excellent for your spinal alignment as they literally mold to your head weight and the small of your neck to keep it all "straight" which is just the term for the proper shape of the spine, which, as we know, is anything but straight, but all that aside, it's quite great. The hulled buckwheat actually gently crushes the herbs you add into it while you move in your sleep, furthering the release of all the essential oils the herbs have to offer. Great video, love watching your channel, look forward to more!! Take care Sir Skallagrim!!
You don't look tired at all dude, I'd say you are actually looking pretty good! If people think you appear tired they should see me after a weekend playing games
Skall, I know how you feel I have had almost the same exact sleeping problems as and have never been able to figure out why and have done many of the things you mentioned. However I am lucky because I can function on extremely well with my sleeping troubles, I hope it is the same for you. Good luck
I'm with you dude, I also got some bad sleep problems and I KNOW it sucks! Sometimes I barely get 4 hours, and yeah you pretty much get disfunctional... especially a couple nights in a row and especially when you got stuff to do like work or attend school! I feel lucky when I get 6 hours... And you know what? a lot of people think it's not a real problem. Employers for example, don't see it as a real problem but that's because most of them don't even know how it feels like or what it is in general... sleep depravation sucks! I know the struggle man and if you ever find a solution, please tell us in a video or tell me, I've ran out of ideas, docs can't find any cause or solutions and I don't want to resort in taking some sleep pills since I'll always favor a more natural approach! Anyway, thanks for the video as always good content, looking forward to see some destruction with that club and have a good night/day. from a fellow sleep depraved canadian zombie
I know that there are cases of ex-military people who have problems sleeping, but while I was serving I actually trained myself to sleep anywhere and immediately. Fifteen minutes of piece and quiet, if opportunity presents itself, I am out and I can sleep literally anywhere. And I do not require a lot of sleep, 6 hours is enough but I can cope with 4 with no severe consequences. I once slept leaning against the vehicle, engine was worm, waist deep in the snow, standing.
In regards to your sleep, perhaps try changing your mattress or pillow. Even if you feel comfortable in your bed/pillow, if it's not supporting you or putting too much pressure on certain areas of your body (especially the neck, head, and back) you may not get restful sleep.
Hey Skall, If you are having trouble sleeping it might be your mattress. I was having similar issues as well as back pain and I got a new mattress and it completely fixed all my sleeping and back issues. Cheap or old mattresses can really screw you up. Also, it might be a good video if you were somehow able to get one of those delivery mattress companies(Leesa, Purple, Casper etc) to sponsor you. Ideally they might send you a mattress for free/as payment for the ad. I have seen other creators of similar sizes get those ads. I know you don't necessarily enjoy doing ads but in these adpocalypse days it is almost necessary from what I hear from other similar creators and I believe you have mentioned it too. Just a suggestion that I hope is helpful. Take it as you will. Love your videos. I hope you are able to keep it up while maintaining a very comfortable living. I hope my YT Red subscription makes a difference these days. Cheers!
Work out like a beast on a regular basis and you'll sleep like a log. No more running. Start lifting weights. Just do a simple 5x5, linear progression program. You'll be amazed how much it improves your overall health and well being. Not to mention the benefits it will have for your sword play. Keep up the great work Skall!
I had this too then I started to work out every morning. Your body adapts at it and everytime it's time to wake up your brain goes like:„ oh yes another day that we have to work" and you suddenly get more energic. Try that out hope it helps like it helped me.
Occasional melatonin use helped sort me out a little. Usually when I'm off work the next day. It takes a little while longer for me to get going in the morning, but it is worth it for the quality of rest.
You know what would work against feeling crappy and tired, drinking a shot of energydrink in the mornings, always wakes me right up. I usually get around 3-5 hours of sleep each day and can still function with school, work and free time things. The only thing I do other than that is drink 2-3 cans of 250 mL of cheap energydrink everyday and sleeping in on the weekends. Thumbs up for Skall to try it!!!!
i have had the same problem as you for my whole life, just crappy sleep , relying to much on coffee, lost 50 kg nothing .... until i tried MJ and i fall asleep all night and wake up with lots of energy
Skall, I read something about "sleep intervals," in case you don't know what they are. Basically, you should sleep at intervals of 1.5 hours (an hour and a half) to feel rested the most. If what I read is correct, if you wake up in between "sleep cycles/intervals" (I forget what they're called), you won't feel as rested as you could. So if you wake up, say, at 2 hours 15 minutes (45 minutes before and after the sleep intervals 1 1/2 hours and 3 hours), you'll feel awful, whereas, if you sleep for 1 1/2 hours, you'll feel more rested than you would had you slept the 2 hours 15 minutes. I don't know if any of that is true, but just giving some information.
Tip on sleep. Get plenty of fresh outdoor air. I find even an hour outdoors just doing anything, works wonders for feeling tired the moment I sit or lie down. And this is proven advice that's been around for centuries. Fresh air makes a body tired faster.
a dagger is (take this all with a grain of salt, for this is a rather "noobish" opinion, without too much research) a knife like weapon sharpened on both sides,so think knife w/ two edges. a knife is a single edged kitchen utensil or other form of single edged bladed tool,a dirk,i believe is a type of dagger. alternatively you could just google it. : P
I have the exact same sleeping problems, I also find the more tired I am (especially toward end of week) il often wake up more during the night or be restless
Hey Skall! I have sleep problems aswell, when i sleep like 7 hours i feel like crap and such. And i found a way to semi reliably feel better, and that is accualy by sleeping 3-5 hours every once in a while. Just some advice, might sound weird but works for me
I can relate to the whole "mystery sleep disorder" thing. I too look like a zombie, haven't gotten a restful night's sleep in years and have had inconclusive sleep studies. It truly does suck the big one.
tea made out of lime tea or salvia does wonders.specialy salvia since it has very active chemicals that act on your nervous sistem.Salvia is so active on that area that some types of it are as you probably heard of, in getting VERY high. Salvia tea can be found on 99% of the general shops or naturist farmaceutic shops. When i have the flue and cant sleep i have saliva tea with one onion cut in pieces in 2 liters of tea.Onions also have very active chemicals that help calming and strenghtening imunity. When i say active i mean things that actually work in 2-3 hours time, like very fast and noticeable. You don't look very fat or fat in general so you are used to eat mostly vegetables maybe. This mean you wont have trouble increasing your green vegetables in your diet.like anything that you can eat the green part of it ,like spinach, cabage , cucumbers.Vitamins of the B type are mostly active on nervous sistem so healing that may make you sleep better since sleep is a process used by the brain same way a PC uses defragmentation+check disck+check memory to arrange things that you randomly interacted with during the day.keep that in mind, you may figure out what's wrong with you. What do you do daily that would make a PC work bad, since human brain is similar to PC activity.I hope you get well.Stress is the only "desease" in the world that's worse than cancer and AIDS combined, not because its more agressive, but because it works slowly but sure on you.And it affects EVERYTHING in your body. What i do against stress? i trained to become stronger ,krav maga and 3-4 years of batto jutsu.Becoming more confident in your strenght and power in general, make you care less about things that may affect you since you become more able to deal with problems. But this you probably know.Anyway,i hope you get well and be easier on yourself when you make mistakes. You can't be to blame for everything,it's not like you know that or those things you do will work out worse than you think. We cant read the future. That's what people do,amongst other things in life.Mistakes.it's ok.you are human.
You gotta try some vitamin D. I live in a northern country as well and sun rarely shows up around here. Feeling much better with this supplement during winter season.
I’m 19 and I have the same issue with sleep. You could try what I do witch is when I have a bit of time I will take a power nap. A note to add is that I have insomnia... if this works for me it should definitely work for you, and I’m pretty sure you get allot better sleep when you power nap but don’t quote me on that haha. 😂 It might seem a bit weird but hey I’m 19 and I have to take mid day power naps and I’m sure allot of other people do it as well. It helps allot.
Davis Whitaker Yea, I usually take a nap when I get home from school. Some times it can destroy the whole rest of the day if I nap too long though due to over sleeping. Another thing that can help is not sleeping in on the weekends. Being a morning person on the weekends is kinda making me feel happier cause I get to see the sun rise without worrying about school , and you get more sunlight and feel more energized. (At least I do 😬)
You might try reading before you go to sleep, it helps keep my mind from wandering before I go to sleep which usually keeps me awake or wakes me up in the middle of the night
maybe i just can't read legalese but for the most part that just seemed like official consensus on how it should be pronounced, stating at most that the correct pronounciation should be used in official settings. : P
You describe exactly the same sleep problems I have. I totally feel your pain. If you do figure it out, let us know. Ps. Never feel embarrassed to ask for money for zombie heads.
BTW: That club looks a lot like a pommel on a stick. And it reminds me to some constructions Jörg Sprave created like the one injecting compresses CO2 into the zombie head. Except that there the "pommel" was even unscrewable and big enough to probably kill an armoured knight when thrown.
Regarding your sleep quality, I have had the same problem all my life. Recently I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and had to change my diet to remove as much carbs as possible. Since then, my sleep quality has improved a lot. You might want to try a Meditarean style or Keto style diet and see if it makes a difference for you. Also, caffeine is horrible for sleep quality.
I also have a lot of problems with sleep, so I guess I know how you feel. My main problem is waking up in the middle of the night and thinking I overslept, ironically
Skallagrim, I hope you see this - I have a few suggestions you may or may not have considered regarding sleep. 1- Have you had the air quality in your home tested? There may be an environmental contaminant that's contributing to fatigue or poor sleep. 2- Have you had any lab testing to see if you have a nutritional deficiency? I've experienced fatigue like you described here myself when I'm low on potassium and/or salt, and if you're exorcising and sweating a lot, you may be not getting enough potassium to compensate for what you sweat out. or there may be some other vitamin or mineral your body's short on. You may also want to consider seeing a Naturopath to help you on this. If you live in the Vancouver area, I know a good one in Port Moodey I can recommend. 3- Have you tried watching/listening to relaxing music or videos before you go to bed? I find watching ASMR videos or episodes of Bob Ross' old show, "Joy of Painting" helps me relax and fall asleep faster. Just do a search and you can find a ton of videos on RUclips, and all the Joy of Painting episodes are on RUclips as well.
Thanks for the suggestions. 1 - Haven't had the air quality tested, but we've lived in a number of different cities and countries and I've always had that issue. 2 - Yes, I've been checked for nutrient deficiency, and it's all good. 3 - Yes, I often either watch or listen to relaxing stuff, or read a book before going to bed.
Interesting. I have a friend who's been dealing with full blown insomnia for years and we'd talked a number of times about remedies. It's possible he might know something others have overlooked. In fact, he's currently studying to be an RMT, so he may have also learned something that could help you from there as well. I could always introduce you to him in case he knows something.
I had similar issues...Do you consume a lot of Caffeine, Skall? If so, try to reduce it. it worked fine for me. I do not want to go too far into this, but put simple: you just borrow "awakeness" from a later point in time, thus it tires you more and more as you go along, wearing you out. Also: some people seem not to sleep too well, when the room is TOO quiet, me included. So i put on soft rain sounds or stuff like that, helps me get more relaxing and refreshing sleep. And also try to make your bedroom as dark as possible, did some good for me also.
As far as sleep goes, having coffee in the morning and afternoon and one beer right before bed helps me out a lot. Both can be very addictive, and honestly I am heavily addicted to coffee, so this isn't for everyone.
Whoa I made it to a skallagrim video before the first 5k. This is a first. And sorta relevant, I deal with the same sleep pattern issues. Haven't found a good solution yet either.
How to fix your sleep: 1. Don't eat meals/snacks 3 hours before bed. Some light foods like unsweetened greek yogurt is ok, however. 2. Drink a glass of water before going to bed. If you wake up in the middle of the night, piss, drink half a glass, then go back to sleep. 3. Don't exercise two hours before bed. You probably already know this. 4. Don't hang out in your bedroom during the day. Only use it for sleep, and keep it as dark as possible. 5. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, including weekends. No exceptions. Have fun!
Skall, you should try melatonin in pills! Probably, you wouldn't need a rprescription for it. Also, try nootropics. It really helps with sleep problems. And spasmolytics too. Start with soft ones and watch for effect, then increase dosage if needed. It could be vasospasm (esp. if you have headaches) or lack of some neuromediator.
Snoring is something that can effect your sleep (it doesn't matter if you snore or someone else), also two general tips for you or other people, get out of bed at the same time ALWAYS and don't go to bed if you don't feel sleepy.
I can completely sympathize with the poor sleep/always tired thing. I've had myself tested for thyroid issues, heart problems, and iron deficiency. Thyroid's okay, and heart's good, but my iron is low end normal. Basically, I'm not clinically deficient, but my doctor says an iron supplement would be helpful. I haven't really taken them since school (they REALLY helped there) and it's usually a little worse... once a month, but some steak or a cheeseburger is usually enough to help me feel better. :)
Cookiofshadows2 ...just dont start extreme iron supplements without getting tested first/occasionally, I've heard that (rarely, granted) a few people can naturally build up too much iron which can cause its own problems.
Sorry to hear that buddy. Sounds like Apnue to me. Ever tried one of those air machines with a mask? I have apnue and it really sucks. The machine/mask doesn't work for me because of my COPD so all that works is lots of sleep.
My Acadian friend and I joke that the French really love to look at letters but hate to actually say them. Then again, my ancestors were Irish, and look at how we spell our language!
Skall I have an idea for you regarding your sleep issue. The ideal human sleep pattern is based on a 3 hour cycle, so if your sleeping 8 hours your not completing the 3rd cycle. Believe it or not your body will feel like it has had a more complete sleep if you give it 2 complete cycles (6hrs) rather than 8 hours. Give it a try if you haven’t already, it worked when I tried it.
For better quality sleep you could try looking into ASMR. After listening to 20 or so minutes of different types of ASMR sounds over a few months i no longer get nightmares, rarely wake up in the middle of the night for what seems like no reason and my quality of sleep has risen a lot. I know there's a stigma around it but really just check into it, i can vouch for it working. I've struggled with good sleep for a long time. Read into its research and check out some of the popular makers on RUclips. Good luck :)
Maybe you should try "polyphasic sleep" if you're always tired and can't sleep properly at night? It's not for everyone but it certainly helps some people. Just sleep less during night and take one or several shorter naps during the day. Takes a while to get used to it, but if you have problems anyway i don't think you'd lose anything by trying...
Hey there Skall, short question: How are you doing in regards of the tiredness? I've got the same symptoms as you do, I need a lot of sleep to be able to make it through the day without permanently yawning all the time. Gonna visit a doctor ASAP to check if everything's fine with my cortisol, thyroid etc., but I'm curious if you've found the reason for your tiredness and if you could solve it. Greetings from a fellow sufferer from Germany, keep up the good work!
before watching; i think your always tired because of the heavy indica. Dough theyre great evening smokes, try a nice hybrid or sativa during the day or your wake n bake
My family would just call it the Berry-Bags singpce the last name was Berry and the bottom of everyones eyes regardless of how much they sleep they always have bags under their eyes. The bags look like blueberries hence the Berry-Bags.
sleeping outside is what helped me. it's really difficult the first few nights, but after a couple of weeks your bed knocks you out like a club. for me it isn't permenant, although it may be different for you. however if you can (and I don't see why you wouldn't be able to) you should just sleep outside every once and awhile. although I live in America, and we have like actual freedom... so....
I've been playing with my ball-head club, it has a nice heft to it and is a beast - especially when I use both hands! At least in my mind... my girlfriend appears to have a different assessment of it :P Three or four hours a night sleep? Luxury!
Sad to here that you have some health problems. I wish you get well soon. As some advice: 1. Try taking some iron supplements for a week. It helps you to not fell that tired and maybe if you are more awake on the day you can sleep better. 2. You already checked your thyroid, thats good. Also that it is normal functioning is good. Maybe you have some iodine deficincy? Its like the fuel for your thyroid. And you dont get enough iodine through food today (vegetables dont have much and i dont think that you eat that much fish).
Kinda new, if you see this, would you rather choose a flail based combat style or a sword/axe/whatever? I feel like there wouldn’t be much to combat a flail but I’m no expert lmao
I also look tired always, and it's called Chronical Tiredness Syndrome. You always are tired and want to sleep, but like me now, 02:48, not in sleep on time, not able to sleep anymore all night after not being down at 0:00. There's no cure too. Nothing u can do.
you should have censored the spike to mock youtube a little.

Well usually it's porn if you see a dick attached to a boob, or cronenbergian horror. I don't think either is considered family friendly.

No, haven't had that checked so far.
Hope they make a special Skall edition ZGB head. That would be great. Use this video for the model

Shizanketsuga so practicing siesta basically

Maybe get a new mattress or Pillow. That worked wonders for me. I sleep on my stomach and my sleep quality improved extremely when I got a special Pillow for stomach sleepers. Also a softer mattress helped me a lot.
I so relate to the poor sleep/tired issues. And all that this leads to. Also nice to see that you still get so much done in spite of this!
Kansas (a midwestern state directly south of the best state in the Union) was predominantly settled by people of English and German heritage. Where as Arkansas had a lot of French and Spanish influence. This probably accounts for the inconsistent pronunciations in 'Murica.
Skall... about sleeping issues:
Have you tried blocking blue light?
Have you tried these schedules
The Biphasic Schedule: Two three-to-four-hour sleeps with an hour of awake time in the middle.
Take care Sir Skallagrim!!
are any of those pronounced: P-oo-yuh-luhp/p-oy-uh-luhp/p-oy-uh-loop, seh-k-w-ee-m/seh-k-w-ih-m, w-aw-sh-oh-g-uh-l. ?
Alright folks, we gotta get Skall to 1 million subs before the end of the year. Go team!
You don't look tired at all dude, I'd say you are actually looking pretty good! If people think you appear tired they should see me after a weekend playing games
• McDonalds • I think he looks hella tired and unhealthy pale in his vids.
The war club is perfect I have one that I got from Tanzania and it is almost identical.
Hey Skall,
If you are having trouble sleeping it might be your mattress.
Cheers!
I feel your pain. I never sleep well either. Done alot of tests but cant find a reason. Hang in there
Try ASME bro, my dad had this problems too and he used to hear sounds from the ozean (birds, waves etc.) and it worked for him really well
Work out like a beast on a regular basis and you'll sleep like a log.
Skallagrim rants are always a welcome addition to one's day.
Occasional melatonin use helped sort me out a little. Usually when I'm off work the next day. It takes a little while longer for me to get going in the morning, but it is worth it for the quality of rest.
The "clunk" was the best bit of a good vid!
There is something unique that makes me like your content even more over time. I gonna stay here as long as I can :з
Thanks.
Zombie Go Boom has a new zombie head that has transparent skin so you can see the damage you inflict better! They're twice as much, however!
Yeah, those are interesting but the cost is painful.
I also have difficulty sleeping. I have found that having a weighted blanket has helped me sleep better.
Skal goes personal. I like you, dude. Keep doing what you're doing!
i have had the same problem as you for my whole life, just crappy sleep , relying to much on coffee, lost 50 kg nothing .... until i tried MJ and i fall asleep all night and wake up with lots of energy
What's the difference between daggers, knives, and dirks?
a dagger is (take this all with a grain of salt, for this is a rather "noobish" opinion, without too much research) a knife like weapon sharpened on both sides,so think knife w/ two edges. a knife is a single edged kitchen utensil or other form of single edged bladed tool,a dirk,i believe is a type of dagger.
alternatively you could just google it. : P
Don't worry skall the other club is making progress.
No worries at all. It was just funny how this showed up right after we were talking about the club you are making.
Thought of that. But kinda unnecessary for a club.
Dreams of Pommels and that one ugly looking helm that is laughing
tea made out of lime tea or salvia does wonders.specialy salvia since it has very active chemicals that act on your nervous sistem.Salvia is so active on that area that some types of it are as you probably heard of, in getting VERY high.
That club is wicked af. Nice work!
Can you do a kingdom delivirance review
i was going to ask about this too
YES SKALL !!! Pleeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase !!!!!!!!!! (but honestly i'm pretty sure he's already thinking about making one)
You should get a mold and start making your own heads out of ballistic gel. Something like what they do at theign and thrand.
It doesn’t trigger Americans, only members of that state. So much so in fact there’s a state law against purposefully mispronouncing it.
no there's fucking not?...(to clarify,this is a question,and a statement of disbelief,not a gramatically incorrect attempt at correcting you.)
law.justia.com/codes/arkansas/2010/title-1/chapter-4/1-4-105
The law may of changed.
maybe i just can't read legalese but for the most part that just seemed like official consensus on how it should be pronounced, stating at most that the correct pronounciation should be used in official settings. : P
Thank you for the video skall.
@Skallagrim you should look into getting a weighted blanket. It helps me with sleeping.
You pulled the club out of the box and I instantly went, "ooh, a shileleagh."
You describe exactly the same sleep problems I have. I totally feel your pain. If you do figure it out, let us know.
Ps. Never feel embarrassed to ask for money for zombie heads.
There's two states in America, one is called Kansas, and the other one is a pirated version of Kansas named Arr-Kansas.
BTW: That club looks a lot like a pommel on a stick. And it reminds me to some constructions Jörg Sprave created like the one injecting compresses CO2 into the zombie head. Except that there the "pommel" was even unscrewable and big enough to probably kill an armoured knight when thrown.
I can relate about the sleep. I envy people that can sleep well.
Get a fitbit! It's inexpensive and it tracks the types of sleep you've experienced throughout the night. Might help track down whatever is happening
How to fix your sleep:
Have fun!
Im onondaga from upstate NY I started freaking out when you pulled that ballhead club out
Skall, you should try melatonin in pills! Probably, you wouldn't need a rprescription for it. Also, try nootropics. It really helps with sleep problems. And spasmolytics too. Start with soft ones and watch for effect, then increase dosage if needed. It could be vasospasm (esp. if you have headaches) or lack of some neuromediator.
its exposure to blue light. lots of people get bad sleep from this. if you can don't use screens before bed.
Extra Rambly is my favourite type of unboxing
Snoring is something that can effect your sleep (it doesn't matter if you snore or someone else), also two general tips for you or other people, get out of bed at the same time ALWAYS and don't go to bed if you don't feel sleepy.
how does skall still look so young and beautiful without sleep? doctors hate this man!
Gotta love how everyone is just using skall as a weapon dump. Don't want a weapon? Just mail it to this guy.
Blame the french for Arkansas's pronunciation
Alpha Goliath and for everything else ^^
I'm English. We blame them for everything anyway.
Seriously, a French pronunciation for a Native American word? Could we botch that any further? lolz
My Acadian friend and I joke that the French really love to look at letters but hate to actually say them. Then again, my ancestors were Irish, and look at how we spell our language!
feanenatreides Haha, I agree with tve French. With you Irish it may have something to do with alcohol :D
Yay! Ramble time!
I understand how it is to miss out on sleep, best wishes hope you figure it soon.
What a thicc KNOIFE

That club looks like fun. :)
before watching; i think your always tired because of the heavy indica. Dough theyre great evening smokes, try a nice hybrid or sativa during the day or your wake n bake
My family would just call it the Berry-Bags singpce the last name was Berry and the bottom of everyones eyes regardless of how much they sleep they always have bags under their eyes. The bags look like blueberries hence the Berry-Bags.
sleeping outside is what helped me. it's really difficult the first few nights, but after a couple of weeks your bed knocks you out like a club.
for me it isn't permenant, although it may be different for you. however if you can (and I don't see why you wouldn't be able to) you should just sleep outside every once and awhile. although I live in America, and we have like actual freedom... so....
Try Lavender oil to help sleep. Hope his can be of some help.
I've been playing with my ball-head club, it has a nice heft to it and is a beast - especially when I use both hands! At least in my mind... my girlfriend appears to have a different assessment of it :P Three or four hours a night sleep? Luxury!
Trouble sleeping? Try turning a fan on you, I have trouble sleeping as well sometimes, and that works for me!
Sad to here that you have some health problems. I wish you get well soon. As some advice:
For advise on sleeping check out the 1953 Disney short with Goofy, might help =)
I also look tired always, and it's called Chronical Tiredness Syndrome. You always are tired and want to sleep, but like me now, 02:48, not in sleep on time, not able to sleep anymore all night after not being down at 0:00. There's no cure too. Nothing u can do.
