I’ve driven the stock RS7 on many occasions... I’ve never really thought “this car could do with more power”. It’s a very quick car in stock from and a very nice place to be.
Agree. Digital display comes and go in the car industry. With time, people will associate digital display with « cars from 2020-2022 » which will de facto make them look old already in 2027. It’s not a breakthrough tech like cruise control, a/c or gps each were in their time.
Very few guys track any car:) Especially 911's. RS7 as a road car is near perfection. Room for a family, big trunk and power to compete with super cars. However, I would take the 911 personally as I already have one! :)
Dunno if you guys gives a damn but if you're stoned like me during the covid times you can stream all the new movies on instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my gf lately =)
Nice review. I have an S7. The steering wheel is that way because they optioned the heated steering wheel, part of the cold weather package that includes heated rear seats. The normal steering wheel on the S and RS is a sport wheel, with flat bottom and increased grip bolstering. My least favorite feature is the plastic dash and upper door trim on a car at this price point.
I love the "RS" Audi's they are so wickedly fast and comfortable, of coarse 10-15 years ago they were "sleeper" cars, with Ferrari's, Mustangs, Corvette's and the like thinking they could walk all over them (after all, "its just an Audi") and then the RS leaves them in the rear view, with them wondering "what just happened...." BUT these days, car people are a bit more in tune with these cars and they don't tend to underestimate them like they used to, so the result is a true battle, which can be good and bad (good in that it makes for exciting driving, and bad that police can spot them too which makes for exciting tickets), anyway Nick, Thanks for another great video, YES I watched to entire ad before your video, and YES i remembered to give it a thumbs up because it deserves it, your friend and loyal viewer....Milo
If you do the stage 1 you really need to do wide wheels and tires (car maxes out at 295/30r21), sway bars and an exhaust that deletes the resonators (Milltek is a great choice). With the tune, better rubber, stiffer suspension and proper loud ass exhaust the gap between the tuned RS7 and base RS7 is like comparing the base RS7 to the A7. I bought my RS7 in 2014 and put nearly 50,000 miles on it already, almost all of them with mods. So far I have had 0 issues.
Hi Nick, I was thinking of getting a used S8 for the new real estate job but your RS7 video could convince me otherwise. I do need head room for the back seat which the RS7 doesn’t have and those low profile tires would go flat everyday in New Jersey pot hole filled roads, but I still want one and yes I would tune it
So true. The Audi Steering is bad. I drive a Revo Stage 2+ S3. Good power to weight and proper acceleration. But numb wheel. Compared to the Mini JCW I got. Which I could switch a few things between the two.
6:00 Come on Nick, the new RS7 will have pretty much the same interior as the new A7, so no pop-out screen but 2 touchscreens instead. Not a fan of those myself, would prefer normal AC controls and an MMI wheel in addition to the main touchscreen.
Does the interior seem dated? I want to get one but Audi has been using that interior forever...the new Audi interior is crazy, but I don’t have the patience or the money to wait and buy a new RS7 when the new one comes out...
Sexy Cruiser, I like it's design most, yeah M6 GC is good too, but i prefer this one, especcialy black and Matte grey fits very sharp for both before restyling and after rest Rs7
Nick, is the ride as harsh as the video showed? It was jumping quite a bit over those small expansion joints! Also, what's the tune bump for HP? 75 hp?
The porsche has no where near the amount of power the RS7 has even with the tune turned off. I took the VP of sales of a Porsche dealership for a ride in mine with my tune turned off and he even said it's 1000 times better than the Panamera.....
I'm soooooo glad it doesn't have GLOSS BLACK wheels, especially those because the wheels stunning looks would be washed away with a stupid gloss black finish, well done by the owner there!!
Needs cooled seats... makes no sense eliminating said option from the top dawg. Put my RS 5 on the road and it indeed eats up the miles, but I wasn't as comfortable as I would've been w/ cooled seats. Seems like a silly complaint, but now I am spoiled lol
Tui doing her dare to just say no at the end! Nick how did you ever end up in the States..what’s the story?? Were you ostracized from Kiwi Island. 😂 I enjoy your videos they provide a good laugh!
Well made car and APR are excellent tuners. I do wonder how aged these will look in a few years with the new ones coming out. With a lot of Audi's homogenized now they seem to suddenly age poorly
I’ll keep my supercharged 5.0 Jaguar XF. This is a fast car but it’s lacking in charm or character. I am also surprised you didn’t mention how badly it pushes in corners.... it fights you all the way around a sharp turn
Absolutely love the interior of this car. The exterior, not so much. For a huge sedan, I can't believe it blows the 911 away! How much for this car? Dog sniffing cocaine, awesome ending!
I’ve driven the stock RS7 on many occasions... I’ve never really thought “this car could do with more power”. It’s a very quick car in stock from and a very nice place to be.
Nice to see a car channel host that isn't afraid to give the car a bit of right pedal =)
Still a very good looking car - has aged well. How did they manage to screw up the new generation so badly is beyond me. So dull.
atom seriously though. I guess you can't get better than perfection. But the new one is just sooooo ugly.
Something about traditional gauges that look better than virtual ones
This generation Audi 7 will still look amazing in 10-15 years.
I like the new C8 A7, but I feel this one will age better.

Sapient Budgie I would take it too, Awd, Manual my dream
Can't imagine ride quality all that great with those super low profile tires.
Good review as always. That car is lowered with a nice looking wheel too
Dunno if you guys gives a damn but if you're stoned like me during the covid times you can stream all the new movies on instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my gf lately =)
@Adriel Rocco Yea, I have been using InstaFlixxer for since december myself :)
"Huge gobs." Missed t-shirt opportunity.
Thanks,I've always liked these cars. Great except for the dark tint.
Nice review. I have an S7. The steering wheel is that way because they optioned the heated steering wheel, part of the cold weather package that includes heated rear seats. Love the rs7 & rs6s
Something about the RS7 is super buff and sexy like idk the goddess Nick Murray for example.
///M [R]S gaaay
“Are you gey?”

Nick, those northeast roads are terrible. You need to move to Newport Beach.
Clearly he is in Mexico given the speeds he gets up to.
Thank you for speaking up about the gaping grills. It's about time.
5:26 Stunning sight

How much are all those components? Im looking to buy a used RS7 hopefully something 2017-2018 by next year for 40+k cheaper.
@@drhee9did u get your rs7 mate? 🥃
still think this model looks nicer than the brandnew one
It’s a shame William didn’t get to see you finally win a drag race.
When are you doing an intervention for Tui?
LMAO. I guess The Dark Side also refers to Tui's powdered-sugar coke habit.
I think Nick’s sunglasses perfectly fit the character of that AUDI 😂
He went full douchebag. That's commitment!
I have a stock one, 560HP prestige, and its nuts...imagine this one!
Ooohhh very nice Nick, lucky you...driving the heck out of the RS7 😉....love the video as always
677hp ain’t bad but ABT offers 730hp with a factory warranty! The RS6 Nogaro Edition even has 705hp... straight from the dealer
Those wheels are perfect! Where can I get the specs on them?
Looking for the same wheels, tried using reverse image search 😅
Hi Nick, I was thinking of getting a used S8 for the new real estate job but your RS7 video could convince me otherwise. I do need head room for the back seat which the RS7 doesn’t have and those low profile tires would go flat everyday in New Jersey pot hole filled roads, but I still want one and yes I would tune it
Pretty firm as well but it looks mean
Nick Murray do you mean it has a stiff ride ?
Where and whenwould you like to do thil I am off this week or the weekends are good for me .
Wow this is in Connecticut!
So true. The Audi Steering is bad.
I drive a Revo Stage 2+ S3.
Good power to weight and proper acceleration. But numb wheel.
Compared to the Mini JCW I got. Which I could switch a few things between the two.
ohhhh waiting for that carrera T video
Amazing tune :) The intro & the car!
6:00 Come on Nick, the new RS7 will have pretty much the same interior as the new A7, so no pop-out screen but 2 touchscreens instead. Not a fan of those myself, would prefer normal AC controls and an MMI wheel in addition to the main touchscreen.
Another great video Nick! Thank you. I wonder how that tune would enhance the RS7 performance, if you could even do it?
Have you compared the RS7 to the S8 Plus with a tune to stage 1?
Next thing you know Tui will be wearing gold chains, Elvis sunglasses, and silk pajamas. lol
What is the name of the wheels??
What year is this? My 2016 doesn't show the boost / shifting lights. i need that now!
I recognize all the roads you drive on, I'm from the area but I don't think you'd be as impressed driving my APR Plus 2018 GTI vs this RS7
Nice car but why apr tuning not ABT the specialist in Audi tuning ,,,?,!.
mrgjk01 everyone claims to be the specialist in Audi tuning however they all get similar results regardless
I gave you a thumbs up because I have a RS7 and also because I love the way you say “Cahhhh”
Wouldn’t the APR tune void the warranty? Especially when this car is only at 22k miles
I find it hard to believe that this car has a torque converter trans. Esp due to the speed of the shifts and the spark retardation pops on upshifts
I was thinking getting me one a used one like a 2016 rs7 with the 560 hp would a tune help make more power
Wheels setup ?
It would have been better to have the shift light in a heads up display, not in between the gauges.
Is it a bullet proof car ??
Does the interior seem dated? I want to get one but Audi has been using that interior forever...the new Audi interior is crazy, but I don’t have the patience or the money to wait and buy a new RS7 when the new one comes out...
Yes yes all very cool and right and well, more importantly though what brand and model are those wheels? They're amazing 🤩
One year later still waiting to hear what wheels those are, I want to put them on my RS7
@@Kazimierz_motorsports_23 bruh.. do a google search, audi rs7 rims, u will get your answer
jeez, what is the tire profile ratio on that audi? 5? they look like rubber bands
What brand of wheels are those
Nick what wheels are those on the RS??
Niche M117 Misano
NearCry91 what are the specs?
@@scottsc63edwards86 yes whats the specs ? Size
jesus, Mr. Murray that car booms and crashes huh? still its got its own sexy thing goin' on.
Holy cameras Nick! Do you have that many in your bedroom?
Sexy Cruiser, I like it's design most, yeah M6 GC is good too, but i prefer this one, especcialy black and Matte grey fits very sharp for both before restyling and after rest Rs7
What is a cah?
He should replace the steering wheel, looks much better
Nick, is the ride as harsh as the video showed? It was jumping quite a bit over those small expansion joints! Also, what's the tune bump for HP? 75 hp?
TheJohn8
So RS7 or Panamera?
edenite RS7 hands down man.
Model S FTW
edenite same car I think. More or less
A1 really? I didn't know that. Not that I could afford either one. But love em both. Terrible that they don't come with a manual.
What dimensions are your wheels (width, offset, etc) and what tire size are you running?
RS7s 😍👌😘🤤
And even tho this is the previous gen RS7 it looks so much better than the new bulbous and bubbly new e63 and M5
Yo, Tui says he's out and needs more just to get through the next day or two.
More depth of field please. The blurry less than sharp image hurts the eyes a bit....
RS6 is just badass looking RS7 is ok and at least Audi is not pumping fake sound through speakers like BMW does
Needs cooled seats... makes no sense eliminating said option from the top dawg. Put my RS 5 on the road and it indeed eats up the miles, but I wasn't as comfortable as I would've been w/ cooled seats. Seems like a silly complaint, but now I am spoiled lol
Oh shit 1011 Nm ! that must kick ass.
Should have had black rims too.
Oh and Thumbs up, cheers
Gidday m8, what does "Always Alright" mean on the dash? is that song name or some other thing? cheers
Probably - William. thanks mate
wow, the audi is a monster
This car just looks so angry it works so well.
What are the odds of getting an Audi commercial before this video
Nick, if I buy one of your t-shirts, should I wear it on a first date?
yes of course
Tui doing her dare to just say no at the end! Nick how did you ever end up in the States..what’s the story?? Were you ostracized from Kiwi Island. 😂 I enjoy your videos they provide a good laugh!
I call them autobahn bombers lol
Love me some Audis

Do some stuff on older cars again Nick!! these modern Audi’s just bore me.. no matter how fast!’
+1 for the Mountain King
in England there is a word for this cars: chav. Btw, there is not enough tint on the windows.
2:20 nice beer belly.
thefridgeman no,chavs drive kitted corsas and gti. They can't afford this
wanna bet? An old 3.0 TDI, at £10,000 or less, with end pipes, a few badges, dubs, etc?
APR tuning VOIDs the warranty. The warranty terms from APR are crappy.
Excellent review 🤙🏼
Nick you keep taking a whoopin’ there in these reviews. Maybe tune the S?
I’ll keep my supercharged 5.0 Jaguar XF. This is a fast car but it’s lacking in charm or character. I am also surprised you didn’t mention how badly it pushes in corners.... it fights you all the way around a sharp turn
That's good, I'll keep my Stage 1 and roll past you.
Those tires are like rubber bands.
Arrrrr S7
audi steering vague as always.
2:55 ... umm .. yeah .. no it doesn't
Very entertaining. Lovely!
Something about having knobs to turn in a 🚗. Hmm. This car hasn't aged, at least to me.
Audi schmudi bring on the Carrera T
Bro this Rs7 includes 670hp and 607 stock!
rs7 is a fuckin beast
I wish they made an r8 with the same engine. Imagine a stage 3 V8TT R8 💦
Absolutely love the interior of this car. The exterior, not so much. For a huge sedan, I can't believe it blows the 911 away! How much for this car? Dog sniffing cocaine, awesome ending!
