Ther are new believers and followers in christ tht hear God and don't understand how to handle it because the enemy is trying to use their gift against them by making them think they r crazy,and some do not know wat to do because they don't have money to take a prophetic class every day to help them stay on calmness and not running around like crazy white rabbits and getting into trouble and cause others to go astray on accident
