- Watch at proclaimlibety2000 about the only auto darkening welding goggles in the world! The field of view is excellent! I don't think anyone would ever go back to a welding hood after trying these. The only type of welding they won't work with is a pulse arc welder (such as Lampert or Orion). Please subscribe, like and comment. You might also like watching • (Part 1) How To Fix Ai...

Do They protect your eye from the fire or not
Hello, thank you for your review. Do you know if the elastic band is easily replaceable?
+Stanward Oshiro It would be easy to perform but I don't know if you can buy that seperate. I would contact Miller Electric and ask them.
On the miller one comes whit the face and shoulders mask you definetly need that

Cool man. I'm getting one in two weeks time to try out because I'm dual welding a small tank and its real tight inside I can't get in there with my normal helmet it gets jammed between the baffles and dome inside and I figure this will get me in there easy!! I'll let you know how I go....
How did it go?
@Tactical Aioli what do you mean
I have a Miller Pro-hobby hood that's about 5 years old and starting to deteriorate. I saw your video and I have to say I think I'm sold on these goggles. However I'm curious as to how they'll hold up when welding out of position?
+SarafanLord101 I don't know about welding out of position. All I know is when I bought them the guy said he couldn't keep them on the shelf. The only type of welding they won't work with is a pulse arc welder which is what I bought them for but no body seemed to know that and it was too late to return them. I need to put that on my RUclips. If you decide to buy a pair and need the 2.0 diopter magnifier (this alone cost me an extra $60 dollars) I am selling mine. I used it one time and they look like brand new.
Hi do the goggles have a plastic protection from sparks like the helmets have you know the square replaceble plastic? Thanks for the video
Yes
proclaimliberty2000 sweet now i just need to search for the lowest price in the web ... thank you
hey, awesome video bro👍
is there anyway to wear a respirator with this? and how well does it work with stick welding?
Good questions. Call Miller Electric and ask them.
I imagine they work very well so long as you don't get a lot of spatter on the lens. Or not so well if you don't like replacing lenses due to spatter build-up.
Whats the name of purple material of lens
is it on amazon ??
Ware can I get this in india
Hi. Just bought one today. But when I tried to take off the goggles from the mask, it seems stuck. The part just above the nose and between the brows. I'm a little afraid to pull it with great force. Any suggestions? Thanks
Hold the outter left side of the goggle with your left hand and pull the right side of the outter mask with your right hand outward and away. Once it comes apart for the first time I don't think you'll have this problem anymore. It's tough plastic and I don't think you'll have to worry about it breaking.
What price in Nepal bro
So why weren't they suitable for pulsed arc welding, and is there an alternative? A reply would be helpful cheers.
They simply aren't designed for it. The alternative is the auto darkening microscope or screen designed by the same companys that sell Pulse Arc Welders. www.lampert.info/en/products/industry-115/puk-u4
Thanks for your video, its helps me a lot. And how you charge the battery or you have to change it?
Do you know another model of this mask that be more resistent? (sorry my english)
The battery is very easy to change on the side of the goggle.
I don't understand your question.
proclaimliberty2000 what color does it look like when welding?
Green!
between this and the miller electric version, which is better or are they pretty much the same thing? from what i can tell they are about the same price, but the ME version comes with the wrap around head protection.
+kevin scurlock As far as I can tell these are the EXACT same goggle. It would appear that Servore (who came out with them originally) worked out some kind of marketing deal with Miller Electric. The Servore brand does come standard with wrap around head protection.
+proclaimliberty2000 oh OK thank you for the info, i haven't seen it described like that so I thought it didn't.
Miller does re-brands a lot. They take a good product, license it, and sell it under their name. It's not a bad thing at all. One of my other favorite welding companies does the same thing, Phillips Safety. However, I'm still like, Lincoln Electric for life.
Sir... Is there available auto darkening glasses for electric welding?
Ummm that is what these are.
Do these sit closer to the face more than the cheaper rectangle goggles?
Yes
Oh my goodness I thought you were red foreman for a second
How much ?
Where do you get replacement front clear lens protectors? Thank you.
Most welding stores that sell these will have the replacement lenses. Here's one. store.cyberweld.com/miweleco.html
Awesome. Thank You Sir! God Bless!
So are the millers made by servore as well? They look 100% identical
Yes
+proclaimliberty2000 it's says on servores site it's rated for stick yet millers site says they are not. Can you clarify this?
Probably it's the difference between American safety standards vs. over seas. IE Ansi rating vs. CE rating.
Is there a way you can leave it dark just in case ur sensor won't turn on ?
Don't know if I quite understand your question. You can just leave it turned off which people do when they use it for eye protection to grind metal.
How do you protect your forehead while welding?
Goggles come with balaclava.
So I take it unlike normal goggles I can actually see what I'm doing with just ambient light when there's no arc and it darkens by itself when there is one? If so it's about time this was invented.

Nice name , peep mine ! We may be long lost bros...lmao
How well does it work with aluminum welding does the face shield leave space enough to wear a gas mask?
+Angel Verdin I don't know. Call Miller.

I just bought one and it fogs up in 30-60 seconds. Do you know of any solutions for this?
Yes, you need more air movement. If you could blow air at your head with some kind of fan it might solve the problem.
