They would be good but not unstoppable, don't forget, they are up against predictable AI, even if the AI is really good in this game (it's amazing) they are still predictable if you fight against them enough. Players will have different reactions every encounter. There will also be other skilled players.
not really, in the game you're supposed to beat 100 hundreds of AIs by yourself or with 1 partner in multiplayer the power level is the same, the ai in this game is probably the best but definitely isn't trying to emulate players controlling characters which would be just doing the most random shit ever.
Even if you don’t like the story (I love it) you gotta admit the combat and gameplay of P2 is probably one of the best in a 3rd person shooter ever, period.

The thing is bout TLOU Part 2 story is that it doesnt have the same magic as TLOU Part 1, Part 1 felt so realistic and u loved every character and almost felt them, even if ur a richboy's brat u still feel the poor bastards dying and struggling. But in Part 2 u hated everyone. The way the game developers made u play as abby for half the game and expects u to feel for them is stupid, its like playing the killer of uncle ben or batman's parent's murderer and ur expected to like them, but it doesnt work that way.
why is no one talking about how cinematic the shot at 8:43 looked. The way the dog flies back and perfectly lands on it's owner, and the physics... shit looked like it had to be a cutscene.
The way the characters interact with the environment is absolutely spectacular. It reminds of the gameplay reveal for The Division when he closed the car door while taking cover. Incredibly satisfying.

Hillcrest is one of the best third person shooter levels ever made as far as I'm concerned. It's so detailed and dynamic. You can play it in stealth or you can go in super aggressive like this. The AI does not fuck around either, they'll hunt you down hard.
@fredlss420 for sure, day 2 is definitely the peak of the game. The story, areas, enemies, combat, weapons, atmosphere, everything was just perfect. That first playthrough of this area was just absolutely spectacular
Man I felt unusually impressed that the enemy with the sniper rifle actually stuck to his role and stayed at a distance, even after possibly hearing the shotgun. Maybe that's not as uncommon for AI in games as I think it is, but I still felt it was a nice touch.
Ellie had grown up in a world where the only thing that matters is the ability to survive, so it would be safe to say that the people in that world have learnt to follow their primal combat instincts which I am guessing purely runs on adrenaline which can explain her endurance and stamina during combat. Maybe being injured just adds to that adrenaline bank.
That car sequence was one of the craziest experiences I've ever had in a game. I don't care if it's heavily scripted and all I'm controlling is some shooting. It was a thrilling part and I enjoyed every second.

I just finished this section a few minutes ago. It took me a few hours - I'm doing my first playthrough in Grounded, and, man... What a smooth gameplay. I really appreciate it, I bet you tried it to record it several times, but let me tell you that was totally worth it

I understand is not for everyone, but the tone is dark and fitting to the last of us 2 world, obviously no one wants to see the favorite character dead because of a golf club, but we are in a universe in which main character and NPC are treated like the same, both of them in constant danger in this ruthless and apocalyptic world

Will never forget 3:00 I was low on ammo as it is and I had the shock of my life, tried to plant a trap mine but I panicked too much so I had to make a run for it 🤣 10/10 would do it again
This part took me a long time to finish and you did it in under 20 minutes. That's amazing! I love the jumping from above and stabbing and landing on them at the same time. It's so satisfying to watch.
Same. I screwed myself over. By going into a house too early. And not killing anyone first. So this might be where I have to quit and give up. Can’t run past all the enemies without dying. Can barely get up the stairs lol. Just too many people to kill and not enough time
@@eldudereno204 I died many times in here as well but doing stealth kills did the trick for me especially when there were so many of them and you're pretty much outnumbered.
This is really impressive. I’ve done encounters plenty of time and enemies don’t always have the same behaviours/reactions every try, so it can get difficult to learn their decisions/actions. You should also put No HUD in the description.
There’s a way to stealth this whole level even on grounded without killing anyone. I know you were probably doing the aggro for the gameplay but thought it’d be worth mentioning.
That's how I normally do stealth in games. Not touching anyone unless absolutely necessary and being a ghost otherwise...Although it is sometimes fun to do Rambo stealth from time to time.
Just came across this...the amount of practice to aim that accurately with the bow with no crosshair blows my mind more than anything. Plus the deaths are brutally realistic...damn
Take it with a grain of salt since it looks like he has infinite ammo, auto aim and auto dodge mod enabled. But remembering where all enemies are does take some skill.
I just started a brand new playthrough of the first game after so many years. It's so amazing how much better and smoother this game looks in comparison. The quality of life changes they made in this game is soooooo good!!
Played this game the day of release on the hardest difficulty and beat it 2-3 days later. Wasnt this aggressive but I also wasn't a sneaky b*tch like in the first game..knew the mechanics still the best game I've played love what they did with the story between Abby n Ellie

I found the end of Hillcrest to be the hardest level on Grounded, but Ellie's Day 2 overall was probably the most difficult in my opinion
So many highlights! The archery, the molotovs, the accuracy, the baseball bat finisher, the sheer brutality with the shotgun. It was an awesome watch.
Ellie must have phenomenal stamina to be able to fight like this. Not to mention while injured.

everytime i played that section i threw a molotov as soon as i opened the door, usually one runs out but the rest of them die from the molotov
Something about this gamea combat is just so satisfying. The dodge into sprint or dodge into prone dive always feel so good in the heat of the moment.
Everytime I watch gameplay of this game, I pick up new animations I've never seen after playing through it twice my self.
This part took me a long time to finish and you did it in under 20 minutes. That's amazing! I love the jumping from above and stabbing and landing on them at the same time. It's so satisfying to watch.
Same. I screwed myself over. By going into a house too early. And not killing anyone first. So this might be where I have to quit and give up. Can’t run past all the enemies without dying. Can barely get up the stairs lol. Just too many people to kill and not enough time
@@eldudereno204 I died many times in here as well but doing stealth kills did the trick for me especially when there were so many of them and you're pretty much outnumbered.
This is really impressive. I’ve done encounters plenty of time and enemies don’t always have the same behaviours/reactions every try, so it can get difficult to learn their decisions/actions. You should also put No HUD in the description.

There’s a way to stealth this whole level even on grounded without killing anyone. I know you were probably doing the aggro for the gameplay but thought it’d be worth mentioning.
That's how I normally do stealth in games. Not touching anyone unless absolutely necessary and being a ghost otherwise...Although it is sometimes fun to do Rambo stealth from time to time.
you can stealth pretty much all encounters that dont have mandatory combat

Just came across this...the amount of practice to aim that accurately with the bow with no crosshair blows my mind more than anything. Plus the deaths are brutally realistic...damn
Take it with a grain of salt since it looks like he has infinite ammo, auto aim and auto dodge mod enabled. But remembering where all enemies are does take some skill.

Played this game the day of release on the hardest difficulty and beat it 2-3 days later. Wasnt this aggressive but I also wasn't a sneaky b*tch like in the first game..knew the mechanics still the best game I've played love what they did with the story between Abby n Ellie
