Jeremy Lin is a household name. He is an incredibly talented player who took the league by storm with Linsanity in 2012. While Jeremy Lin has shown a great ability as a pick and roll ball handler, he's been able to carve out a lengthy NBA career due to his ability to play off the ball. You won't always be able to be the most ball dominant player, but if you know when and how to cut and move without the basketball, you can be successful on any team you play on, much like Jeremy Lin has been able to do.

I’ve been a student of the off the ball game for 20 years, and I think this is a great video. Very informative. I always thought it was strange when defenders would try to deny passing lanes to Jeremey Lin. Other than his highlights for the Knicks, he was never really an on the ball scoring threat. He’s much more dangerous without the ball.
Streetball Strategies absolutely!

Hey 👋, I have had some cramps/sore muscles lately and I’m unsure on rest days and how often to have them. I’ve been told to have them only when I get injured/cramped, but also told by someone else to have them every few days? What’s your opinion?
miles by you’ve got to listen to your body. If you are training really hard and you need to take a couple days off, do it. Especially if it will allow you to recover and train at 100% again. You will need rest days at some point. Nobody can actually go forever without taking occasional recovery days. Also, make sure your recovery is on point: stretching, good nutrition, SLEEP, and active recovery like foam rolling are all very important.
This will get me a lot more points
