I had half my Arita Autos deemed “unable to authenticate” and the other half authenticated all in the same order. All cards were signed at the same event. They also refused to authenticate my Federico Musetti Auto but did authenticate my Veronica Taylor ones. PSA is a complete mess. Very annoyed at waiting 3-4 months for them to refuse to grade my Arita Autos😭
I would love to own a card signed by Nishida she’s my favourite artist have nearly all cards by her in Japanese now only need around 30 more getting tough to find the last few
Have a free sign card entry you get to any regional or greater tcg event if registered bring a few artists limit so many signs per artist so it’s not a entire event wait
Maybe if people had some patience in the future it will be fine & signed pokemon cards are still under rated when you compare them to sports signed cards that are not rare
I agree with you the most on this auto issue, the art doesn’t even belong to the artist, and why would Pokémon care about that, they hired a person to draw a character, the artist was paid for their work. Pokémon owes them nothing, and they owe the secondary market nothing.
Is this still the case because I just had a signed corocoro Mewtwo jumbo returned to me with the auto graded albeit, it was signed by the voice actor and not artist… is it just artist signatures they aren’t grading?
Personally i dont think there should be anymore signing events. The greedy people have over taken the lines its just not fun anymore when people hire 5+ mules each to wait in line 24 hours.
The whole economy is just bad right now. Gonna take a couple years to bounce back. Best thing to do right now is just hold. If u can. For all pokemon tcg across the board. I see another major boom coming but its gonna be a few more years
Is PSA not authenticating signatures or something ? Or is this just about Pokémon not being supportive of signature events ? Someone please clarify I’m dumb lol
It might be an unpopular opinion, but I think signatures are just ass. Full respect to Mitsuhiro Arita the legend, but his sigs are so common. Only one I’ve ever wanted is a Sugimori.
so when did this happen? because i sent this video to a friend and he told me this happeded december 2023 ish, and its no longer an issue? edit: im talking about the psa grading side of things, not Pokemon being strict.
Great topic Pokemon doesn’t care They have a formula that makes Trillions of dollars Don’t mess with what works Sad because I want Pokemon to grow But Pokemon doesn’t care
Whoa so my signed Leonhart psa 8 wigglytuff ISNT going to the moon?!
Describing Dark Link as Shadow Zelda is a new one for me

Shadow Zelda in Water Temple?! You got me with that one.
We had some signed yugioh stuff at Psa over a year now
Slightly off topic, but what do you think of Arita doing his first MTG card? I think it looks so good!

PSA 10 Sweatshirt
How much for that signed sweatshirt

Does this mean you can sell pre graded signed cards for more now because they’re not authenticating at the same rate?
R.I.P Christopher Rush. Sweet Mewtwo 👌

Most people just want the sketches. His auto alone is pretty bland
Are there any more details about PSA firing this pokemon guy?
If I’m correct, he’s with TAG grading now. If it’s the same guy who used to work at my current job he’s with TAG.

Pokemon doesn’t care

Don’t mess with what works
Sad because I want Pokemon to grow
But
Pokemon doesn’t care
I mean, they’re the largest media franchise in the world. Growing doesnt mean as much.
