In 2009 I was recognized for the 40 under 40 award for my work as a designer promoting non-profit state agencies and grant funded projects to support needs for persons with disabilities. I chose “Dreams” by the Cranberries as my theme song to play as I walked across the stage.
I always wanted to be on “the other side” and more directly help people. So I’m 2020 I went back to college for my RN. I’m in my las semester and need a high grade on my final. I’ve been nervous about the thought of having to repeat my last class, the only class I’d be repeating ever in my college career.
Spirit is all around me. There are signs everywhere. I feel so loved by the divine.
