Jewell, Part 1 - Bellydance Technique Series

We're going to practice a variety of techniques to help you build up to the jewell. Then we will practice the jewell on its own.
I'm going live March 20 11am EST with part 2 of The Jewell. Hope you can join in!
You will need to already be able to do the figure 8 before you try to learn the jewell. Please be sure to warm up first!
