I think in the first scene, Haibara was using her performance to "confess her love" to Conan. In the movie scene(it's movie 4 actually), she may expressed her true intention by hiding it as "just kidding". Something tells me her words may become true, like foreshadowing the ending. And in the last bed scene, it actually happened after Conan learned from his mother, that Haibara may have crush on him(Conan's mom noticed she constantly looking at him). While Conan seemingly unaware of it, he actually start thinking about the possibility.

I'm shipping Ran x Araide now... Araide will appreciate Ran much maturely and he's polite to her than Shinichi. Kogoro despised both but Araide is much lesser given to his wealthy family status.
I don't ship them just because Araide is polite to Ran than Shinichi, I mean he's like a teacher and a doctor too, he has to treat others in a polite way 😅 So far there has not been any proof of even remote feelings towards each other, but I do think They'd make a good pair.
