- I put in some good hours on that bobcat. I love running that machine, makes life so much easier when digging trenches. So happy to get these water lines in! No more extending hoses everywhere we need water.

You did an amazing job. Always with positivity and enthusiasm. It’s really treat to watch this channel. I’m sure your parents are like yes that’s our son!😊
Our families love watching the channel, helps them feel a little closer to us.
21:33 Love sweet little Copper!! ❤
He’s the cutest!! 🥰
Thank you for sharing your journey with those of us who can't afford a homestead.
Thank you so much for this great, quality content! I very much enjoy all your videos. You and your wife seem like two very sweet spirits who are full of wisdom, resourcefulness, and hard work! As a mother of two teens, I am grateful for the content you share. My children have a solid resource to refer to as they start to plan their own future's. I sure hope that both of your families are so proud of you and your wife for all your hardwork! You two are inspiring! Keep up the good work! Blessings to you in 2023
Its our pleasure! Our families are very proud of us, we are lucky to be able to share our journey with them but also all of you! Thank you for watching :)
U did a great job. Now u have water every where
Now you can use those light collapsible hoses and not have to wrestle those heavy ones. Great job, well done.
We are SO DANG proud of you and Ashlyn! But we miss you here in Washington.
Thank you Grandma ❤️ we miss you and everyone back home 🏡
I've binge-watched all your videos. Keep 'em coming!
Youre the best, will do!
This is actually super exiting! things will probably be so much easier with water spigots everywhere. And that excavator looked really fun👍
Water lines are so much fun and satisfying I've done several around here and when they work it's great thanks for sharing
I totally agree!
It was a good opportunity to dig also a pond.
Very resourceful. Infrastructure is #1
The excavator is much easier to use and can do more than other machines, I call it versatile
It’s always good to be able to have water where you need it and not have to pull hose. Good job. Blessings from Mississippi Mississippi
What an amazing job young man you were by yourself doing all that work and you should be proud of yourself
Need more young people like you two!
Thats for sure 🙂
Nice job. Definitely will make things easier. I installed water lines a few years back, I always double up on stainless steel clamps. I used single clamps.........until one failed.
I usually double them up as well but the guy at the supply house said that these work and hold so well that you only need one!
Your puppies are such good helpers 😄
They are! I just wish they had thumbs and them I could really put them to work ;)
The digger looked like you were having fun!
It was a blast!
Love the Oompa music!
Big roll’s of pipe. Take a 2x4 tie or strap to your tractor bucket sticking out one side. Hang roll of pipe on stick drive along side of trench.
Great idea! Wish I would have thought of that
You got a lot accomplished and with save time and energy
You are very clever
Love your videos
From Australia ❤️
Great job 👏🏼
Way to go💪🏻 it is about the little things and as you get older I think you learn to appreciate it more and more…I’m so impressed with your progress ❤
When water hydrants gets you excited you know you are now grown ❤️
Wow, great job running all of the different water lines and connections. Glad you mentioned about the frost line, as I was wondering if you had the water line deep enough. Glad that you finally got your water situation where you want it.
Good job. The yard will heal in time.
Hard work pays off terrific video
I figure having a bigger ditch to work is way easier then having a small one! Especially when your laying water lines!! Plu….the work to cover it is the same . Good job. Your doing amazing with your homestead!! Excited to see how the upstairs renovation is going!!
Should have a video soon! :)
YAY!!! Progress .... even small ones (which this is not) is a success.
Great job done , y’all have an awesome place , enjoyed watching 😊
Water is important on a farm. Nice video.
Hi Zac, Judy here. I just watched you from beginning to end. It made me feel better about only having to flush one of my water tanks and snake a toilet in one of my buildings. I'm learning a lot from you, especially patience ! I'm going to send Ashlyn home with a list of my plumbing questions! 😊
Id be happy to answer any question/help out :)
@@ThePasturedHomestead thank you!
Great video as always. Really fun to see everything come together. Hope you had a good start to your 2023.
Its been great so far! best wishes to you!
Yes, being a plumber by trade has come in handy. Do you watch Red Poppy Ranch. (Heath and Cedar: live in Northern Idaho) Everything you see on his videos, he built All of it. He was a plumber in Arizona.
You guys are hard working Americans living your dream - one day at a time!
Continued Happy Days for guys like you and Heath.
I haven’t! I’ll check them out. Thank you!
Thanks for the video. Gives me hope i can get water to my property when i get it.
Good job done ✔ 👏
Good job very funny lol
Great job, you’re so enthusiastic when you set about a task. Great video, saw my piggies again ❤
Soon be able to look around at what you have achieved overall on the farm and in the house, well done
Once the house is finished (hopefully in a few months) we will do a tour of the farm in the spring :) Love the pigs!
A good video and good job.
We recently reconnected a severed water line to our barn and installed a hydrant. Good to have water back at the barn. Was tired of using a hose.. Glad you did the same. Great work.
Amen!
Sure am loving your channel!!!! Thanks so much for the great content and for letting us experience all your adventures! Your dedication, skills and attitude are inspiring and a joy to watch!! 👍👍👍😃
Its my pleasure! So glad you're enjoying the channel :)

@@ThePasturedHomestead Thank you guys for responding to my comments. Wishing both of you the best in 2023 in your new home 🫶
had so much i wanted to do on my farm just went ahead and bought an excavator found a ghel about that size for eight thou think people didnt want it cause it has steel tracks thats all i can think of, find use for it all the time for different things
I’d love to get my hands on a cheap excavator someday
great job
You did a good job . Any eggs yet ? The farmer I get eggs from says the hens are slowly starting to lay .Sound be in more in late febuary they,ll do better .
Still no eggs, they were hatched July 12th so we should start getting them any day now! We are giving them great feed, oyster shells, and lots of fly larvae to help them get a kickstart on their production! I’m sure our cold spell messed with them a little bit.
Thx
Great video 😊
Hello from Northern Iowa! I was wondering what type of job your wife has, as you take care of the homestead. Also I enjoy your channel and seeing you build out your property!
Ashlyn works at a spa doing lashes!
Enjoying the videos.. are the water lines buried below the frost line ?
They sure are! Our frost line is 15" out here
😊😊
I need a nap............

I subscribed you
What happened to all the carts we see in the picture on the closing fram of each video?
Those were the last amish owners stuff!
First one hear
You're the man!
Umm why didn’t you move the trailer a wee bit to give yourself room to move?!!
I was testing my excavator skills 😎
Way to shallow, it will freeze over...
It won’t. Our frost line is 15” here. We put it at least 2 feet.
Hello from north Florida...absolutely love watching your channel...u both are so inspiring...Very good teaching skills...it's so relaxing watching your shows...
Just watched them all, excellent videos guys, love your vision and how far you’ve come at such a young age. Great attitude and work ethic Zach. Your a natural in front of the camera, you are right there with Tyler from Farmer Tyler Ranch, and Pete from Just a Few Acres.
