Fun fact, the Beet -along with "Ichabeezer" in the Netflix Series- was played by Rob Paulsen. The guy who did the voice of Yakko Warner in Animaniacs. Also, Madame Blueberry and Laura Carrot changed voice actors a couple times in the series; but the final actress was Tress MacNeil, who played Dot in Animaniacs. While Jess Harnel, the voice of Wakko, did not get a role in Veggie Tales, he did end up doing the role of Wooton Basset in Adventures in Odyssey.

I actually liked this episode.
I like how they got Rob Paulsen (the voice of yakko and pinky)to voice the beet, seeing how he's playing multiple characters in the Netflix series .
If you're a fan of Animaniacs/Pinky and the Brain, that's Rob Paulsen doing the Beet.

I've just done my research. The beat in this episode is voiced by Rob Paulson. You may know him as Pinky from Pinky and the Brain, Yakko from Animimaniacs, Donnatello from the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Raphiel from the 1987 Teenage Mutant ninja turtles cartoon, Carl Weezer from Jimmy Neutron, PJ from Goof Troop, Jack Fenton and the Box Ghost from Danny Phantom, and Mark Chang from Fairly Oddparents.
If you hated this episode, believe me, you will not SURVIVE Noah's Ark. I'll go prepare the funeral.

I mean, it would make sense if Larry adopted most of his kids, I mean he did have an adopted child in Its a Meaningful Life.
Whether you're just trying to make pre-VeggieTales in the House era VeggieTales look bad or not, we will tell you that these cucumbers Larry the Cucumber played in It's a Meaningful Life, Beauty and the Beat and so forth are not actually Larry the Cucumber. They are characters played by a character. So it's not too nonsensical at all.

Nathaniel Foga no quite… the final episode is Noah's Ark. It has VeggieTales in the house animation. I personally consider Beauty and the Beet as the final episode because the new designs are creepy to me.

It amazes me that this thing markets itself as a Beauty and the Beast parody when it has almost nothing to do with that concept. Maybe the reason Larry had to just spell it out for the audience in the beginning was to remind them what they were watching.

So, basically, this episode is a 10-song Kellie Pickler album and special. This is probably the main reason why it's forgettable...
Btw, you should have added the closing countertop to Lyle the Kindly Viking when Bob reacted to the What Have We Learned song to compare to Bob's eyes at 5:19 because that is a real departure from that moment.

Yeah, sorry but this, even with all it’s cliche corniness, is a guilty pleasure episode for me. And I honestly like it better than the Stockholm Syndrome Disney Beauty and the Beast... “Love” doesn’t always mean romance, the true meaning of love is “selflessness” Putting others before yourself, even if you get nothing in return. Maribel in this is the “youngest” of the kids, likely under 20, and Beet is easily old enough to be her dad. This episode is more like a little kid reaching out to a cranky old guy down the street who in reality is a sad, lonely war veteran and that to me is a far more beautiful story than any guy and girl romance.
This is the last VeggieTales episode to have the classic looks.
Honestly I’m not the biggest fan of the Family Guy cutaways but the Family Guy style cutaway gags are probably the best part of this episode.

I honestly didn't think the episode was that bad. I don't think she sounded bad, but there were too many songs honestly...But I liked it when Rob Paulsen sang. The episode wasn't bad. But it wasn't the best...And it was weird that they made it like they were gonna have a relationship, but they didn't...It was odd...But maybe it's for the better. The Beauty charecter is like...what...20? And Beet is like...what...In his 30's to 50's?...

I only saw that little teaser on "Celery Night Fever." And after this review, I agree. I don't think I'm going to waste my time looking for the episode to watch it myself. It's definitely the worst episode in VeggieTales. I bet Archibald has something to say about this:"I know, I've come to expect a lot more from you. This is quite disappointing. I better have a talk with the production crew."

Yeah I know how you feel about mirabelle being the worst character of this show over junior I feel the same way as lila being the worst character in miraculous ladybug over chole like with junior she improved over time and sometimes redeemd herself and at least the episodes with her are good and have Marinette less angry with her than Lila Lila seems to be making Marinette look bad and chole look good

I didn't mind her that much. Teenagers can be mostly moody without using self-control and think they know everything.
To be honest, I agree of with you. Her singing is ok but she Sings a lot that make is go "SHUT UP!!!" to me, she looks like she's from seasme street. Just saying.

Yeah, this episode is pure garbage. I don't necessarily mind the parts with Larry trying to escape and the food fight with Bob, but it really was just a cashgrab.
Noah's Ark is better, but as for how good it is, I honestly can't remember. It's been awhile since I've seen it. I can't wait for your review of it though. :)

I absolutely agree with you. Luckily, even though Christian Nutrition was ignorant enough to bash Esther: The Girl Who Became Queen, A Snoodle's Tale, Beauty and the Beat, An Easter Carol and The Toy That Saved Christmas, he still would *NEVER* go far enough to defend Noah's Ark, especially by calling Noah's Ark the absolute best VeggieTales episode. Instead, Noah's Ark is the very worst VeggieTales episode of all time to the point where it's almost as aggravating as the VeggieTales Netflix series, thanks to DreamWorks, the company that also gave us Bayformers, Norbit, Shark Tale and Trolls. Thank God Christian Nutrition is going to bash Noah's Ark to the ground for being like the VeggieTales Netflix series, and that's what makes "Noah's Ark (2015) (Christian Nutrition)" bound to be much greater than your average Christian Nutrition episode. Christian Nutrition has a great sense of humour, but not when it involves him picking on VeggieTales.
