In this video I have done unboxing of all new packaging from My protein brand. I ordered during a sale and got it in an amazing discount price for 2.5 Kg pack.
Currently trying to see the outcomes with this new flavour and whey protein. After adequate usage I will also be sharing results. So stay tuned.

seems good, what about sugar content in this?
There is no added sugars, however artificial flavour and sucralose contribute total of 1.4g of sugar in one serving (30g).
If one serving is 30 gm then it have 83.3 serving per 2.5 kg not 100.
In app it shows 25gm serving but you get product which has different serving size.
Its there new marking strategy, all new packages have new servings size as 30g and 83 servings. In app and web they haven’t updated yet , But in both the cases the net quality is same i.e 2.5kg
In both case amount of whey Protein is same in your case it's 2.5 kg but amount of protein per 100 gram is less. On its official app they claim that it have 76 gram of protein per 100 gram in strawberry flavour but what you get it only have 75.56 gm of protein per 100 gram. This is a scam from Myprotein.
@mayankverma4601 I understand there is miss match between official website and the new package but its not that big that we can label it as scam 🙂 More over per scoop basically it should give 22-24g protein which is sufficient for intermediate body building. And someone who is looking for more protein they should choose WPI instead of blend or WPC.

This contains only 83 servings! Look carefully, mentioned back side! In old packaging there were 100 serving! It’s a scam!
Not Scam.. its their new marketing strategy… older details were 100 servings with scoop size 25g giving 19g of protein… Now scoop size changed to 30g giving 22.6g protein…so it’s reduced to 83 servings…. In both the way overall if you see still you are getting 2.5KG. Don’t worry… its still the same quantity

I purchased casein protein from myprotein app, its 2.5kg only at just Rs 2950
Because of 1st referral discount of 500 Rs.
Bhai mera jab order aya to package damaged tha.
Or bhai open karne ke baad packet par jo nutrition information thi usme kuch differences the, jo ki official website par di hui values se match ni ho rahi.
Or bhai mere packet ki manufacturing date 01/2024 he and expiry date 02/2025 he. Yani ki shelf life only 13 month likhi he jabki company 2 years bolti he.
Bhai ye sari bate me myprotein team ko bata chuka hu or pichle 20 days se wo mujhe bar bar yahi bol rahe h ki they are waiting for the response from their quality team.

First of all, Thanks for sharing all info in descriptively. As I understand you got a damaged product with possibly counterfeit. In this case when you first receive the product from delivery agent that time itself you should deny acceptance.
However since you have already received and done all post-mortem, now you have 2 options.
1. Start using the product, I know there are few details which is miss match but keep it in mind that MyProtein is UK based company and their info from website may deferred from Indian specific manufacturing product. But also if you are first time user of CASEIN and never had taken before then please refrain from using it. As you can’t determine the expected taste and outcome from this. I personally never had taken Casein in my 5 years of Gym fitness.So if you are having a gut feeling then try for 1-2 servings ( be very cautious) and if you feel right about it then continue.
2. Since it’s clearly fault from MyProtein and the delivery service they have to give you refund / replacement for this. This could be time taking process but you have to keep your fight on. You need to escalate this situation to high level. Even if all your methods doesn’t work you have final option to file case against MyProtein in consumer forum. It may sound full of heat but I have came across case where people do and get their matter resolved. Before that, in my opinion don’t loose hope and try to explain your situation very clearly with support team… remember shouting and being harsh doesn’t give any fruitful result .. you need to be patient and at the same time make them realise its their fault and they only have to resolve it asap.

Yes you are right I should have to refused to take it.
And yes I am using first time casein protein. I will try to purchase small packet of same or other brand casein to cross check.
Even It's been only around 2 months since I started taking whey protein.
I am using ON (after your suggestion) and GNC pure isolate since I have some digestion issues.
ON is very good, very light but GNC not good. It is full of chemicals. So I mixed raw whey in it, so that GNC can be easy to digest.
I didn't know much about myprotein but after watching one of your videos, I got interested in it.
But my misfortune that I received a damaged product and accepted it.
But bhai thanks a lot again to give your valuable time on my query.
