There is always someone or two people in families that keep everybody together & coordinate & make it fun. Your family has you. My cousin & her brother used to always do that but they both passed away & now, along with the pandemic, has made it difficult to keep in touch with each other. I am glad you do this since it DOES mean so much to everyone, even though you may not get the accolades. Thank you for all you do!!
I like to use them in class so i dont fidget because of anxiety. However sometimes its too loud, do you have any quieter suggestions for this sort of thing?

It’s so funny that you showed the silicone popper because I just saw those for the first time yesterday at church. I’m a Sunday school special needs teacher and one of my nonverbal autistic students saw that in the cabinet and grabbed it right away. She was entranced with it!! It was the cutest thing!

I don't know why I clicked on this one but the train horn in the back ground when you're talking about the yarn book reminded me when I was a child we lived by a train track and it went by every 2 hours and 45 minutes and it would shake our house and it actually brought me comfort for some reason . Now my oldest sister lives by the tracks and it was always an adventure we would wave at the engineer ❤😭

My boys and my mom and I went today and I got one of those poppers for me and my youngest son. Let me just say - those are the best thing ever! It was a really cool store. Lots of odds and ends that are sometimes hard to find too.
I just bought the same pop-it toy the other day at Ollie's! I always find great deals there! I've found water kettles and baking items that I've wanted for a fraction of the price they would sell at Costco or Target.

I love Ollies, ours didn’t have those popper things I’m glad to see other people still do reunions too, we do two every year (minus last year) both my moms side but they do one for their moms side and then their dads side.
I literally just bought my girls two of the rainbow poppers today and they LOVE them! They called them fidgets 🤷🏻♀️ I was so surprised that they played with them so long. They’ll be perfect for car trips and waiting in line! Best $5 I’ve spent in a long time.

The little pop boards are actually a game. You play with another person and pop down as many bubbles as you want and take turns but whoever pops the last bubble loses.
It’s a sensory, fidget bubble popper , just like fidget cubes and other things like that. It becomes a “toy” when people, who aren’t the targeted audience, get them, use them as toys and distractions, and ultimately get them banned from the kids/people who can actually benefit. (EC teacher opinion)
@@MissHelloBecca my therapist told me it was a game to help stop panic attacks and anxiety. I think small fidget items are better the pop it’s get quite boring after a while and it’s bulky.
I’ve been searching for that pop it toy at stores in my area and they’re always sold out. I have adhd and love finding sensory fidget toys! I’d love to see a whole video on it if you haven’t already! 😌❤️
Oh my gosh the bubble thing!!! My dad has one for my little brother who is 3....long story....and he loves it!!! Poor kid has OCD like my dad and I do and it keeps him occupied! I’m thinking about getting one for my 6 month old daughter just because I like it and I’m sure it’ll be fun for her she can chew on it, and figure out some large or fine motor skills on it!
You should for sure keep the peacock towel and donate some of your old ones! That way you get one you love and some other families can have some of yours for the pool this summer :) I’m sure you took great care of them

I miss family reunions. We used to do a game where everyone bought a couple of dollar store gifts and wrapped them so you couldn’t tell what it was. We played a game with them called “now you have it now you don’t” and you just trade them back and forth through the game (sort of like white elephant I guess?) and at the end you could end up with something silly or cool! It was fun when I was little because the adults would give you the toys if they got them hehe
