"when you're on your own, you have to do it all. there's no on there to pick you up when you're not doing so great." felt that (single/living solo for 7 years now) the other day I spilled a chimichurri bowl on myself while on my period and I stared at it for a good minute contemplating why I live alone lol
anyway, yay for the natural birth control! I know hormonal helps a lot of people, but it really does work against your body especially after long exposure. period tracking/natural birth control is so helpful because it requires you get in tune with your body. years of just using my cycle tracker and now a year using a more specific ovulation tracker (natural cycles) and never had a pregger scare *knock on wood* good luck!

I used to live right by that park and those thrift stores and go to them every day until I moved late last year ! the thrift stores are always so overpriced or really slim pickings because of the resellers that line up to get the new good stuff :/

I used to live in Louisiana and I woke up once to a massive waterbug cockroach flying above my head and I could only kill it with my platform doc martens lol
I moved to Louisiana last year and I’ve never seen cockroaches like the ones that are here 😭 they’re hugeee

I stopped birth control end of February now I’ve went almost six weeks without it and it’s time for another period and I have cramping for 11 days but no flow. And I guess this is normal but it’s odd bc I’m worried I’m gonna start at any moment. And I was on nuvaring for 7 years and pills 7.5 years. So 14 1/2 years. I have extremely painful periods so it kept them still painful but tolerable so I’m worried about that too
honestly talk to a gyno... birth control advice is so personal i would never tell someone to get on/get off the pill because the effects change so much person to person. it's a medical treatment at the end of the day so it's good to have changes supervised by a professional. keeping you in my thoughts i hope things settle down for you
@@slena yep things have subsided and I haven’t had much of any other issues. Def feel a good deal better just have more energy as a whole. I made the right choice
