Not saying that is you, but that’s what I see constantly , and it’s not exactly impressive to me. I’m sure you’re great with it, and other weapons, but I can’t think of any scenario besides on horseback where I think, “Oh cool, somebody using a Great Lance” Honestly, all the weapons that are primarily poke/thrust attacks are so meta and boring for PvP. Play mostly passive, have a weapon with a long, straight hitbox that you can quickly run in and out of combat with, congratulations, you are in the top 5% of pvp players. Edit: “ex goated shunters user now lancer” Wow, maybe I do mean to offend. That’s pretty a pretty shameless admittance.
I don't know how one can say poke weapon are the most boring and point at greatlance, when it has the single most varied and complete movesets in the game. Most other weapons have R1 or crouch as their main or only good move, I sure hope your ideal weapon isn't in that category...
