They were made one by one 20 years ago. Today, not so much. As many boats as they sell every year, do you really think they make them one by one? Tour the factory for yourself. They're slung together by a bunch of low-wage wrenches, one after another, assembly line style. Just like every other cookie cutter. Ask 'em how long one stays in the mold. Then call one of the custom boat companies like Allison, Bullet, or Stroker and ask them how long they leave one in the mold to cure.
