  • Easy and Healthy Kangkong Salad
    Ingredients:
    -0.8lb kangkong/water spinach
    -4 cloves of garlic, minced
    -10 pieces of fresh hot chili(adjust the spicy of your preferred )
    -1 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
    1/3 of fresh lemon juice
    -2-3 tablespoons roasted crushed peanuts
    -1tsp dashi fish powder(option)
    -1tablespoon fried shallots oil
    -some crispy fried shallots to garnish on top of the salad
    Enjoy!
    Remember to adjust the flavor of your prefer.
