The prosecution's case has been more about exonerating Jeffrey Herbstman from what he already admitted to doing, had the motive to do and then recanted, than actually bringing a case against MJB.
It's quite pathetic and not by the book, detectives always start with those closest to the victim, they totally missed that lesson in the police academy or law school 😂😂😂😂😂
Jeffrey committed a crime of passion upon Samantha.
Those officers who so called investigated this case are also guilty of crimes.

I have been following closely but this closing is the first time I learned that the ADT records prove that her front door was open at 1:01AM. MJB saw the open door and walked inside.

@TheJonah13 Arron one of her former boyfriends was aware and familiar that she tends to have her door unlocked. The door was not opened it was unlocked. And he testified to the police stating that she leaves her door unlocked. Therefore the defendant wouldn't have known anything about her door being unlocked since the door was closed. The defendant mentioned his criminal history if from car theft NOT home theft.

How can anyone believe him ? He’s lied and lied , changed his stories multiple times and years later has her dna on him . 4:20 am he’s there in her home ! He also admits to touching her body .
He was not IN her home! Being a liar does NOT make you a murderer! There was no DNA evidence to prove he was in her home or even killed her. They took his knife but didn’t test it, I wonder why? They took his shoes but didn’t test that either, I wonder why? They also had his phone but didn’t check his EXACT location, I wonder why? They know he did NOT do it, THATS WHY!!

Are you actually the best? So the rumor is that he went into the house to steal something and then he sees her dead and then he checks if she's alive and then decides not to steal or call the police. Because the police obviously aren't going to believe him. He's in the wrong place at the wrong time.
What doesn't add up is the crime of passion for somebody you don't know.
I think he's not 100% innocent but he's not guilty. So that's not guilty...
