This is quite honestly my winter meditation. Winters here in North-Western Europe are nothing but cold, wet, sad days, and I just need some sun. So, each night before sleep I crank up the central heating to about 22C, go to bed, turn this on and imagine I'm going to sleep at a place like that. April can't come soon enough; when the trees are green, the skies are blue and the sun is shining.

I layer these with other (similar) ambient tracks and tweak the volume of each one (one on full, one on two-thirds, one on one-thirds usually). You can customize to your taste and create whole new and unique scenes each time. Example: This and a track with dripping cave sounds and a track with jungle sounds. Sounds like you're in the jungle with the beach and a cave near. Alot of fun trying to find combinations that work well together: I highly recommend it.

A few years ago I was in the Ometepe Island in Nicaragua, and it looked just like this, view.... there is a restaurant right there a few steps from the shore and benches all over, it was such a beautiful and relaxing place, this absolutely reminded me of that place.

me and my family have never gone to the ocean/beach, because we do not have money or time to go but one time we are like we live in California, there is a lot of prettiest beaches in the world like some are the same as this one so cool and of course relaxing!
