Remember being a really little kid when this ride first opened. It was on every coaster show and was THE SHIT. 0 - 100 mph in 7 seconds!? That was fucking crazy. Now looking at it its almost laughable. We can now go faster in half the time, and the "L" is soooo boring! While the launch is fun it cant be as intense as TTD or Kingda Ka. But until 2000 this coaster was the cream of the crop. Pretty historical actually.
They stop running it at 100mph for a two. 1. The ride just was not reliable running at 100mph 2. Cost of running the ride is exteamly high, due to the amount of energy it takes launch up the tower.
in my opinion I think Magic Mountain is the 2nd best amusement park in the world, Cedar Point is the 1st lol..im from Ohio and I just want to go to Magic Mountain soooooo bad!, California is too far from here...

The Tower Of Terror @ Dreamworld Aust. is the same type of coaster but looks faster and higher.. Lots of Fun

That’s because, it was opened in March 1997. But, Goliath is open from the millennium year 2000.
wrong, a girl fell out and they slowed it down to 110mph which DID NOT reach the top. And they do run both tracks every once a while
