@ I have had the Crispi Summits for a year and are good light duty for Grouse, after your video I bought the Neva’s for Whitetail. Have a good New Year.
Hi there If you were to fully tighten all boot laces to 100-% you would lose some dorsiflexion on uphill climbs but I never apply maximum pressure on top laces. As the boots are worn in the shank becomes more supple. Compared to a short shank boot they won’t have the same range of motion at the ankle so that’s a bit of the trade off for more stability. Shorter shank will allow greater range of motion (particularly on uphill gradients). Downhill no difference
If you got tough feet try carry some vibrams finger shoes in day pack for bush stalk, weigh F all and you feel everything under foot. Hump in using rigids then swap em out and ninja mission on bro with gaters for ankle/calf protection, reverse process when carryn kill back to camp.
Yeah bro got some hunting coming up early in the new year so will be sure to get some Footage. Mainly been spearfishing and diving lately. Good idea - I Will get the GoPro on and get some of the pup in action 👌🏽
Great review mate. Have jsut ordered a pair based on this honest opinion. Cheers
No worries. Super happy with mine, going strong as 💪🏼

The video that will satisfy both the outdoorsmen and the ladies!
Thanks for the review. Did you buy a size larger than you usual shoe size?
Half a size larger 👌🏽
Just got this boot. They were the best boot for my needs and my feet in the store. Let's see after 100km in rough terrain how they hold up.
Nice one. Yeah mine are still rock solid after almost 2 years. Look after them and they will look after you 👌🏽
Any issues(movement restrictions)with the height of these boots while hiking high country elevation.. ?

Good call mate. Yeah I’ve often worn thick socks for stalking when it’s crunchy underfoot but the finger shoes would be a winner 👌🏽
