Bergara rifles their 300 PRC barrels to 1:9, whereas most of the industry is rifling to the Hornady specified 1:8 or the middle difference of 1:8.5 1:10 is good for about 185gr to 200gr and lighter in .308” bore. Heavier than that you need to increase the twist to better stabilize the projectile.

Nice Luscious Locks. JK. Awesome shooting buddy.
What’s your twist rate? I’ve heard different opinions on whether 1/9 or 1/10 is enough to stabilize heavier pills.
Bergara rifles their 300 PRC barrels to 1:9, whereas most of the industry is rifling to the Hornady specified 1:8 or the middle difference of 1:8.5
1:10 is good for about 185gr to 200gr and lighter in .308” bore. Heavier than that you need to increase the twist to better stabilize the projectile.
Does that scope have their ballistic Plex reticle?
Yes. It has the Burris E3 Ballistic reticle.
A tip 230 ok berger 215 👍
