Great interview, thank you for recording it. I like the approach "work on many projects, but focus deeply on the one for a 1 month or 1 quarter". Working on one project is too boring, however without focus you can't get perfect results.
Totally agree with what Glenn said about Google's reputation going worse and worse. They are going down in my opinion, market will change as it has always done. New players will be able to come in the market, etc - been there before but it's a hard one, will take lots of resources. We'll see.
I was looking for this episode for the past few minutes now and was wondering why not add the guest's name in the title of the videos? would be great for your "SEO" as well I'm sure. Or is there a reason not to add them in the titles? :)
Good question. :-) We originally had them in, but then the "advice" was to leave them out because they use up valuable real estate. We might pivot to using them again in Season 3.
