Nice video. I have a suggestion. I think it is better to avoid using the word "tribal" to describe Spiti's cultural traditions, including traditional food. The word tribal is used for government administrative purposes for many complicated (bureaucratic/historical) reasons. Spiti's culture is far more sophisticated and richer than what is generally understood called tribal. The word tribal has strange undesirable connotations that is not only undesirable but also inaccurate except for bureaucratic/political purposes.
