i mean, can't clara do that? maybe even better if e6 since her e6 gives a 50% chance to counter when your teammates also get hit. also, preservation march 7th with trend LC would generate two stacks everytime she gets hit, with some rng and putting her shield on herself she may be able to generate 6 stacks per turn easily. also, fugue is a monster in PF, if there was a tier above 0 she would be there in that game mode. Specially at e2.
