Thank you for breaking the separation into the gem shard metaphor. I guess I'm just going to have to turn my request for a willing participant over to HS. I had an experience in Alcoholics Anonymous as the result of the steps and forgiving this woman in the fellowship that I thought was not so nice to put things euphemistically I knew that it was much more than "sobriety" but never really found out about ACIM until way later as in years. I spent a while finding something that matched up with what I was experiencing. I'm kind of working with a Course group on line here on RUclips but working with people from behind a computer screen is one thing working with people in everyday life is an entirely different thing lol. Bottom line is that I could've done things a lot better if I knew and had a better understanding about The Course. Again thank you :)🙏🙏
I too came to find the course after 7yrs of sobriety in AA. I felt as if I'd hit my potential in AA and needed more!!! Kept praying about it and asking God to help me and one day I chose to listen. As of 4/12/20 I will have nine years sober and resting in God! ACIM isn't for sissies, that's for sure. This is exactly what I was looking for... Namaste 💜
