its been 6 months so im sure u have already got the answer but just in case: the were on a reality show (called big brother) but all connections to the outside world were cut off. the goal is to win first place ensuring half a mill. every week, there is a vote casted (most times anonymously) for a houseguest to leave. allies r seen as threats and r usually the two targets for eviction every week, therefore it would be in their best interest to not let the other houseguest know they r in a showmance
Sarah was already out as bisexual, but Willow wasn't she was still figuring things out. So Willow was kinda in denial that she liked Sarah more than just friends. It took the majority of bbcan for Willow to realize it and come out to herself. Along with dealing with all that Willow had to also keep in mind the game and you know be on everyone's good side and all. so no5 exactly be herself,dealing with both things at the same time was a lot for Willow. Btw I know it's been a long while since you asked so you might already know all this, but Willow's got her o2n youtube channel where she talks bout all of this.
