What joke is this, 😂😂😂 do you really think you can serve such a big diaspora with a single line and a pen paper mechanism. Hassi a rha te dhek kr. Learn from Amazon how customer service is done. How data should be collected and processed. This primitive mechanism can't be scaled up and is prone to miscommunication and error. There should be a system in place for such things probably hosted on cloud which can easily scale up if volume is too high. Why isn't the IT department done this already.
