Great video Daniel there was a lot of tidy machinery at that auction better luck on the next auction you missed out on all the cheap ones from the last auction 😂
What % buyers fee on top of sale price? Although the kit looked in pretty good order I felt that many lots were just plenty of money and if you could not transport it home yourself it might look expensive at the end of the day. I do recognise that a great deal of the materials and equipment put up for sale was rather specialist being directly linked to potato growing, harvesting and storage. Despite this there seemed a good number of potential buyers present at the sale besides internet and telephone buyers. I do wonder also how much of this "stuff" will find itself exported abroad more I suspect than you might initially expect. Regards, Dan
Yeah was a good sale of some fairly good stuff I’d say Dan dewulf was in ok condition for Norfolk but we had a limit and fair play to my cousin he went over that and then got trumped 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ yeah transport for that harvester would’ve been couple of k nearly I’d say or close to
As usual a mixed bag of prices. Many on the high side, ɓut some good quality kit there. The Dewulf looks good. But there is so much potential for some huge bills with a machine like that. Issues not visible on a quick inspection. Especially with a few years and hours under her belt. Their will be another one come along.
Always my worry Fred otherwise looked ok for sandy Norfolk land. Isn’t it odd how ya stand there and think wow that’s made a fortune and then really big items flop 🤣
We do, but the go pro isn’t as good of quality as we had hoped, if we are doing something wrong happy to have directions on what to do to make improvements, maybe settings on the go pro?
@@fenlandfarmingadventures4241 Which model of GoPro is it ? It could also be when you are exporting the video in a different resolution. Have followed you on instagram so happy to help tech wise in DM's over there if you need.
@@fenlandfarmingadventures4241I wonder if the guy came to a deal on the 7840 paint is a state but 7000 hours isn't bad. Just depends on if it's pretty straight mechanically. Do you know n what the massey 3080 made and what sort of condition it was in, hours? Shame on the Dewulf.
They all did that Robert rusty bonnets and no sorry buddy I went off to pay for my cable after the dewulf yeah real shame there is always another one hey
Nice to see you look after your tractors well . I always look after your tractor she will look after you

I was at that sale and bought a beet drill. I must have carefully avoided the camera !

@@fenlandfarmingadventures4241 yes seemed to, live sales are far better than online and great chance for farmers to meet up
fantastic video Daniel 👍 some of that machinery did go for a decent prices
Combine I thought made well and the drill
@@fenlandfarmingadventures4241 yeh that combine was in excellent nic for a second machine think it went for £30,000 plush which is not bad at all
Great video again m8 . Great idea on harvester shared ownership good idea
Yeah no point hey that harvester will do 1000 acres on it own so 100 would be fine
Keep up the sale video ...

Prices a bit rich if you ask me when you add in the premium
Yep what I’m still thinking except big kit isn’t making anything
