I'd love to have a beer with BYD.
Cheers 🍻
Just thinking the same thing 😂
I want to pull up to the BBQ 🍗 😂
Great info 🔥👍🏿
Just applied the 30% vinegar, baking soda and lemon juice blend to some POA that popped up…I’ll let you know how it goes
I noticed the difference with the POA this morning…it’s working! Happy Easter Bruvva!
Appreciate the video I have a couple clients who want their yard weed free
Great Informational Video as usual
Thanks 🙏🏾 pastor
Help! I have just pulled every weed, rototilled, and leveled my front lawn. I want to plant a Bermuda lawn, but haven't been able to find a video that will take me from dirt to Bermuda lawn. Can you recommend a video or a playlist that can help me with this?
I don’t have a video like that 😢
So my boy want to put down new grass seed and basically has 90% weeds in his yard maybe more, I only saw a few stolons through the weeds. So my question is should he just use the Spectracide weed & grass killer and start fresh or just the weed killer for lawns?
I always recommend getting rid of as many weeds as possible before you start any over seed project.
Do I need to put this down again…. I put it down on one of your earlier late winter posts
Same. Wondering as well as this is the second time
I put my lesco down around March 1st. Weeds are still there. I put down some spectricide crabgrasskiller down this week. I also have Image kills nutsedge but didn't know if mixing would cause an issue with my lawn. What you suggest?

Ive seen people apply pre-emergent on newly established sprigs but how come we cant apply on sod?
And what will happen to the sod if already applied
The sprigs are not all over like the sod, so because it’s not directly applied to or on top of the grass. Less of a chance hurting the roots because you can control where it lands. Still may affect stolons from tacking down properly but temporary. If you applied pre emergent on new sod at most you get a delayed green up or root establishment rate.
I've already had my yard sprayed about 3 weeks ago with pre emergent. Can I still put this down?
I’d wait at least 6?weeks or what ever your product label says on established lawns.
Can I put pre emergent down then lay new sod?
No. You’ll need to wait until lawn establishes itself. At least a year in most cases.
I put some pre down earlier this month. Is it ok to put down another application
Depends on the amount you put down at first but I’ll be applying another round Mid April.
If I apply pre emergent now will it help with summer weeds?
Yes 👍🏾 but not guarantee it will prevent them all
3rd year in my yard, new build. First time I’ve dealt with so much weed! Used pre emergent right before the heat. Not working. What pre emergent I can go buy right now that will help with these weeds
Pre Emergent doesn’t kill weeds, you need a post emergent like Spectracide 470 weed kill for lawns.
@@BYDonBermudaGrassCentral is that the best brand to use? I used orthro’s weed b-gon just Sunday and it’s like I fed the weeds instead of trying to kill them
You should be mowing and bagging also. You can’t just spray and watch it. Since you’ve already treated entire lawn it’s too early to retreat. Those weeds don’t die over night, it can take a couple of weeks.
Been bagging… how often shall I retreat?
@@jamesfisherjr6925 label says only twice a season, I’d wait 4-5 weeks. You still can spot spray the ones that don’t die and you need to make sure you’re treating a eeed that’s on the label. The stuff you’re using doesn’t work on POA or Dallisgrass
How do you get rid of quack grass? 😩
I’d google that question
What happens if you over apply
In most case not mush depending on the amount of, but you could have issues of slower green ups on grass not fully established and you may have issues with the BermudaGrass Stolons not taking down properly. New sod will has a severe slow up in growth but will eventually push through over time.
@@BYDonBermudaGrassCentral ok I’m in the northeast and applied lesco 0-0-7 prodimine in black bag from Lowe’s on march 12, hopefully I’ll be ok. Thanks
