One good thing about removing the suspension is if for some reason the suspension fails you can always convert it till you get parts for the wheel

You do realise it weighs practically the same as the master pro, the latter which carries approx 50% more batteries, with obvious implications for range? Sure looks the part, but watch out for suspension damage especially at the caps at the base, which could potentially ruin your day.

@@sorvete365 I wouldn’t be riding the Master, too many basic poor design issues, typical of Begode’s class of ‘22 wheels. I have an older MSP which is good, but their more recent offerings have been plagued with problems of a design nature. Veteran Sherman v2 is my other wheel, Sherman ‘S’ will likely be next one, much better QC.

I got my Master Pro end of November and I would not change it for any other 5 wheels right now, albeit its quality is not great, and albeit I was holding to a pole when getting on it, in the first days 🤫(shhhh, don't tell to these guys here!), but I ordered the V13 too (yet to come). My V8F charges to 4.18 volts per cell (reported voltage for 20S2P pack is 83.6 volts), since the day I got it (August 2021), so the V13 max charge per cell seems similar. The V8F can sense the voltage for each cell pair (21 wires for the 20 cell pairs), but according to Inmotion service, there's just a voltage limiter that just shuts off charging, rather than passive cell balancing. I'm an old guy, 71 years old, and probably can't do long continuous rides. My longest ride without a break is a bit over 33 minutes, 8.4 miles (15 mph average speed, decent on a V8F that I don't trust over 18 mph, since I weigh 187 lbs).

Good info. Yes, the V13 has a true smart BMS and we now know that they do not allow the cells to charge abover 4.185-volts.

i have the s22 and the v13 - the suspensions on the v13 is MUCH better than the kingsong s22 - very linear movement where you feel the suspension absorbing the press along the whole path - like riding on air. I used 200 PSI and played very little with the adjustment - before the adjustment it was hard and not airy at all . but suddenly it was like a cushion . i have no idea what i did . try to play with it little more. for some rerasone one side was easy to rotate and the other side was little more resistant. as you said there is not explanation and inmotion pretty much leave you to your own devices . but as i said - compared to kingsong s22 - night and day . @laurv8370 Год назад

@@omidel. Nope, same chemistry, same cycles. Main reason was the price, 18650 are much cheaper, half price, as there are more manufacturers (especially in China) making them. In fact, for reasonable price and weight, you can pick two of the following three, but you can never get all three: number of cycles, amount of energy stored, ability to deliver power. The "percentage" of each of the 3 depends of what you put inside, and what you put inside to get one is detrimental for the other two. The size of the battery won't matter here, beside of the fact that smaller batteries means more ballast (useless weight, as for example the metal cases, you have a lot more metal compared with the useful volume inside) but in the same time, more safety (large volume cells will produce more havoc when they got "in estrus", compared with smaller cells).

30psi is allmost full tyre pressure (ok 45-50 if big guy like me) so if you loose 30psi, this must mean that base CHOCK pressure is in the 300 psi range, unless you added a zero by mistake? (For reference i loose about 5-10psi disconnecting a standard valve connection from a compressor without the "smart disconnect stem")
I have only ridden motorbikes, cars (and EUCs) and there its nowhere near those losses when disconnecting stem from front fork (motor bike, on car you sont pump up chocks lol), so just wanna make sure you didn't move a decimal :)

Da ein Fahren auf der Strasse in meinem Land, leider verboten ist. Daher würde die Reichweite für meine Fahrten ausreichen. Denke das betrifft den größten Teil der EUC Fahrer auf der Welt.

My only problem is, with my Sherman Max, I can ride it as hard as I want and still end up with 60/70 miles range (if I crank it full throttle the whole time). With my old InMotion V11, I worry about range all the time. The group rides around here are 30 to 40 mph on average across 40 to 50 miles, which I can cover with my shermax easily today. With the V13, I cannot keep up. That’s what’s disappointing about the wheel.

@@KevinRedmondWA whereabouts are you the groups average 30-40mph @ 40-50mi range? That's some serious riding!

@@ratboyboyrat we are up here in the Pacific Northwest. For example, it takes my crew about an hour and half to circle lake WA, which is about a 40 mile loop. Oh and we have trails every where. Everywhere.
