The way they do is described in RFM Bell412 it is An electrical interlock that prevents both hydraulic systems from being switched Off at the same time. If one system is OFF and the second is switched OFF , the second system will remain ON.
@@ohmmyofficial I am a DGCA Indonesia check airman. Trust me, they are not doing the preliminary hydraulic check correctly. Refer to BHT-412-FM-2 page 2-14 for the correct procedure. You DO NOT move the flight controls during this check, you only switch off each system one at a time. You DO NOT switch off both hydraulic systems at the same time as part of this check. I see time and time again during flight reviews Indonesian pilots inventing their own checks. Just do the procedure as written in the RFM!!
@@ohmmyofficial The preliminary hydraulic check is NOT an interlock check. It is done with the engines at IDLE. You are checking there is NO uncommanded control movement when a hydraulic system is turned OFF. Which is why it is important NOT to move the flight controls during this check, because you are checking there is no control movement (i.e. the rotor disc path is not changing). And if there is uncommanded movement - which is a bad thing - because the engines are at IDLE a runaway servo is not going to try and flip you over. Shut down the helicopter if this happens. The interlock check you mentioned is done as part of the engine runup checks at flight RPM, having first established in the preliminary hydraulic check at a safe idle speed that a bad servo is not being masked by the good servo. You do not want to find a servo runaway at flight RPM, that would be a bad thing. To me these pilots do not have a thorough understanding of the systems and why the checks are done in the way described in the RFM.
Pelatih sama Cikgunya....Terbaik
Too much noise. Amazing start engines! Regards from Brazil.
Saran, buat konten komunikasi ATC dgn heli. ❤️
You broke a cardinal rule of videograghy and aviation....you DO NOT put background music to these videos 😉
Bang...duh jgn terlalu diperlihatkan prosesy itu. Takut pihak luar nonton 🙉

Lama gak ke marabahan
Helicopter ada autopilot nggak..dan posisi kapten sebelah mana?
Bagus. Salamat makan!!
That is not how you do the preliminary hydraulic check. Pilots should do the checks as per the flight manual instead of inventing their own thing.

@@brodricj3023 That’s right, I got it. I didn’t notice that they move the flight control. And thanks for correction me. 😁
