- Hello all, Todays video im training legs and glutes. This new year I ant to take my body to another level! If you're on the same boat, lets do this!!
Workout:
1.Vertical Leg Press-4sets, 10 reps
2. Variation Of Deadlifts-3 sets, 10 reps
Superset with: Squats -10 reps
3. Back extension-3 sets, 15 reps
4. Cross Leg presses on Pull-up machine- 3 sets, 10 reps
Superset: regular leg presses-10 reps
5. Leg extensions-dropsets
